Cons: None really.

Pros: Linux compatible in every way
Comment:
Mine has been great, and while the colour of the unit was not really a big concern, the product shipped to me is actually white, including the housing and all cords. The LEDs are *bright* red, but mine is out of view so this is not a problem. I've been using modems since the early 1980s and can confirm that this one does everything exactly right.

I was looking for a voice modem to build an answering machine that emails voicemail to my smart phone including caller id and name. This is priced right and does the job, has not let me down once.
