I'm using this device as a range extender and it's working well. The range is good enough thanks to the two 4 dBi antennas. Setting it up wasn't as straightforward and easy as I thought. I'm using a TP-Link router so that's even more surprising. For many attempts it could not connect to the base router. I don't remember what I did for it to work but now it's working well and it doesn't disconnect.

For the price this thing works great. I am using it as an AP. I did have some problems connecting to it since I use a different IP address scheme. I setup the basics with my Windows Phone. So far working great without a problem.
