Cons: None

Pros: Nicely builtVery small
Comment:
Needed an adapter with "No Question" Linux support in an older machine. The card is perfect for the job intended and performs as expected. A great budget adapter for pci.

Cons: Software is pretty flaky.

Pros: Good performance, good value, low-profile card. Replacing a D-Link, XtremeN adapter that died. Seems to work equally well.
Comment:
Purchased to replace a D-Link XtremeN adapter that died. Like the fact it's a low-profile card. Software that comes with it is fairly lame, just stuck with the Windows interface.

Cons: Wireless keyboard interferes with device

Pros: Excellent price / quality ratio
Comment:
Quite happy with this wireless network adapter. Works great and is fast. The only drawback is that my wireless keyboard interferes with signal reception if plugged in the back of my desktop but seem s to work fine if i plug the dongle for the keyboard in the front USB port .

So, I bought this thing thinking that I would need it, but the wireless in my apartment building is so bad that I ordered my own internet and didn't even open the card.

Cons: Cd didn't have the right drivers, Light doesn't turn on unless drivers are installed

Pros: None, It is Horrible. I will never get again
Comment:
The disk came with the wrong drivers. So i called them and they emailed me the right ones. After I installed the right drivers, it worked for about a minute and then stopped working. The Tp-link people knew nothing and were reading out of a book. If you had 32bit windows it would probably work. On the box it says for 64bit and 32bit.

Cons: Problems with the disc driver which lead to constant Red Screening

Pros: Fast shipping
Comment:
I recently built a new computer from scratch and purchased this card in order to connect to my homes wireless network. The card installed into a PCI slot easy enough but the problem arose when I installed the Drivers from the tiny CD that was provided. I am running Windows 7 and after installing the driver, it would not recognize the adapter. I double checked to make sure it was installed correctly and it was and re-installed the drivers with no luck. After a few minutes, my computer Red Screened (not Blue or Black, RED) which I never heard of before. I restarted my computer and would try to unstall the driver but my computer would consistently freeze and Red screen before I could do so. I was forced to reformat and reinstall Windows 7 (my computer was fine after doing so). I contacted TP-Link phone support and they couldnt help me since they ran me through a series of questions that were obviously from a handbook. It could be that the driver on the CD is old but how am I suppose to download the new driver if I cant log onto the internet?! Needless to say I decided to switched to LAN

Cons: none

Pros: great range and signal strength
Comment:
I've purchased 2 of these now, I live in a large apartment and it reaches from corner to corner with 97% signal strength, going through 5 walls which is better than any other card I've used.

Cons: -complicated configuration program - not wife/mom-friendly!

Pros: -strong reception-good for older PCs (or if you've used all of your PCIe slots!)-robust driver and configuration program
Comment:
Purchased this for a client who upgraded from Dial-up to Cable and needed to connect a the supplied router. There was a problem, in that if the PC is not warm-booted (i.e. powered-on until POST completes, then rebooted), the card would not be detected. I am happy to report TP-Link's support team was extremely helpful. We did not get the issue resolved, but I have the feeling that the client's motherboard (which was purchased used, w/CPU, for under $80 at a local shop) was the root cause. At any rate I came away with the knowledge that you can use the generic Atheros drivers for the AR-922X chip for this card, which is great for troubleshooting.Otherwise, the card and drivers have worked a treat - reception has been strong, and I have yet to see or hear of it dropping the connection. One area that could use improvement (or preferably a "Basic" mode for noobs) is the configuration UI. It is very straight-forward once you realize what the fields are for, but if you are used to more common ones such as Windows' Wireless Zero, it will be very foreign until you read the manual. One great advantage to the current interface is that the not-so-computer-literate will avoid it on sight, avoiding calls to fix their random meddling.
