Cons: Run a little hot

Pros: Worked right out of the box
Comment:
I've just installed two of these sets for a total of 12GB on a P6X58D-E. It took some manual setup in the bios but they're running rock solid at 8-8-8-24.They do run a bit hot, but this is probably normal. I don't plan to over clock and just added another case fan for better air flow.

Pros: pricerun fast lifetime warranty
Comment:
honestly, i'm not an expert when it comes to rams, but seem to run fast and trouble free with Asus p6x58d premium . had no problems recognizing it. it scored 7.8 out off 7.9 in windows experience index components assessment. Thats pretty dam good !!!I bought better and more expensive rams for my other i7 computers and these ones rated higher. i don't over clock and really don't know that much about it, so why pay for more expensive one while these one will do for a lot less .And ya Great price !!!

No problems at all in my Ausus P6X58D-E mobo. Plenty fast enough. Pointless spending big dough on RAM. According to Win 7 performance index, RAM performance is 7.9 out of 7.9.

Cons: None I can think of.

Pros: Good compatibilities. Rated 7.5 on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.
Comment:
Bought these from NCIX in the beginning of July. But never got around building my machine until recently. Read some reviews / complaints about various DOA ram or incompatibilities with various motherboards, I was a bit weary when I finally got around using these.Good news is that it is working and compatible with the Gigabyte X58A-UD3R motherboard which I also got from NCIX. Haven't got around to overclocking these yet. But I am already considering buying another kit just so that I can have a (possibly) better matched set. Just hoping that they haven't changed the underlying parts and design.

Cons: cooler could be bigger

Pros: high performance
Comment:
I always had good performance with corsair memory. Since the P4 day's, it's the only brand I buy from and not a single time I had any problem so I went with them for my i7 memory and once again it works flawlessly and gives good speed. In my windows 7 performance index, the ram returns the highest value for my computer so I have nothing to complain about.

Pros: stay at specified timing and speedmade for triple channellow profile

I really want to get the ones with 7 timing instead but those were way too expensive so I settle for this one which is still kind of expensive. It does the job, haven't tried overclocking it though

Pros: fast ram, good timing, reliable brand,

Bought these for a core i7 build, didn't go with the dominator rams because i thought the excess cooling was unecessary. I did minor ram overclock with these. performance is well worth the price

Cons: -Not the cheapest, but fits my needs

Pros: +Low profile+Stable+XMP+Well made
Comment:
I needed some memory without overly large heatsinks to clear my CPU heatsink. This fit the bill and JUST clears. This is not the cheapest/fastes memory, but the heatsinks are small and thin so when you pack 6 sticks of these together there is still air room between them. The XMP profiles make it easy to setup as well.I have also always had good luck with Corsair memory so that is another plus for me.

Cons: Corsair does use other RAM manufacturers and brands it as their own...

Pros: DDR3 1600 performance for a lower price than the Dominators
Comment:
In a nutshell, you're getting DDR3-1600 performance at a lower price than the Dominator series. In my tests, using 2 kits of this maxed out the 6 slots (not the overall RAM capacity) on the x58 boards and 'it just works'.the i7 / x58 defaults at 1066, but specifying 1600 in the bios works just fine.very stable and if you arent into overclocking like a madman, "it just works" This review was modfied by poster @ 03-22-10 10:49 AM

Cons: Not as impressive as the Dominator series spec wise, but also... a lot cheaper too.

Pros: Great, affordable DDR3 RAM!
Comment:
Definitely DDR3 RAM worth buying. While not as impressive or powerful as the Dominator series equivalent, this RAM does the job, and for a pretty penny less too.If you're looking to invest in a LGA1366 system and triple channel DDR3 RAM kit, this is a good buy. The price, espeically from NCIX, is quite good when on sale.

I love corsair, and the price is very interesting when pricematch. This is a good set of ram but it would be great at a better latency (like 7-7-7-20).

Pros: fast and awesome

I am very happy with this ram.I bought it in April when I upgraded and the tech or sales person I talked to told me to get this instead of ocz ram.I am more then happy I did, running Vista 64 bit and trying Win7 64 bit the rating is at 7.9,where as my i7 920 is at 7.6,so the ram is fast and reliable.Good buy even if the price went up from what I paid.

Cons: Doesn't do much more

Pros: Does what it says..
Comment:
Good overclocking memory, got my i7 920 up to 4ghz (Rev C0)with the ram at 1600+ at 8 timings. Doesn't seem to want to do 7 timings as previously stated even with voltage at 1.67. Beware this ram uses the 2N command at 1600 .. kinda was surpised, there is no mention of this anywhere on NCIX.

Cons: Alot of voltage tweaking to get it up and running...

Pros: Stable and fast once up and running.
Comment:
I've been fiddling with this ram on my EVGA X58 SLI... to get it up and running i needed to turn the QPI voltage up. XMP spec is 1.3 depending on your CPU its 1.25-1.35. default is 1.1 on my MB. It was a real learning experience to get it up and running. And not just at lower frequencies. All around compared to my G.skill DDR3-1600 alot of settings in the BIOS require alot more voltage. My MB is fussy, I was hoping it would be more compatible. Yet in the end its fussier.. lol It runs pretty hot, but thats to be expected.. Once everything got all ironned out and did alot of research, runs flawlessly and stable! 12GB is overkill, but hey its a solid choice in ram.

Cons: - heat sinks could be better

Pros: - reliable brand- price is reasonable
Comment:
Corsair memory has a good reputation, so I didn't even bother looking at another brand. I'm currently running at 1066, but I believe it'll run solid at 1600, even reducing CAS to 7. I'm not planning to OC beyond 1600 so overclockability doesn't concern me (although I read reviews that it can easily OC to 1866) This review was modfied by poster @ 06-25-09 08:35 PM

Cons: rub quite hot when overclocking (although I believe they do have a lifetime warranty so this may not matter so much?)

Pros: Solid set of ram which OC well. XMP profile makes it very easy to run spec timings. Great price!
Comment:
I believe the previous viewer is correct that these modules are the same as the dominators. The only difference is that the dominators have a better heat dispersion design. I noticed they run quite hot when they are OC'ed but they run rock solid. I have heard that a lower clock timing may be better than a higher frequency with the i7 so I would definitely go with these over the 1600 c9's.

I have a i7 920 and a eVGA x58 sli board. Oc'd my cpu to 4.2 ghz stable without much effort. The part number is also for dominator ram so looks like it's maybe dominator ram with a different heat spreader.Gonna get another 6 gigs today!
