Cons: No rubber mounts

Pros: Quiet on low to mid setting3-position speed switch4-pin Molex (with fan header speed sensing) or 3-pin fan header
Comment:
It's a midrange fan, not designed for truly quiet operation at full speed but it is fairly quiet at low to mid speed. The connector is interesting - it's a 3-pin fan header connector but there's an adapter to change it to a 4-pin Molex with a fan speed sense lead back to a separate 3-pin header. So you could power it by 4-pin Molex and still get the fan speed. Though if you had a free fan header I'm not sure why you wouldn't just use that, but it's still interesting. You don't get the rubber grommets usually included with premium silent fans. You can get these separately though. It's a decent, well-made fan that is quiet enough at low to mid speeds.

Cons: great price on sale

Pros: cool clear frame and good performance

works well to replace dead case fan. 3 speed switch gets the speed and noise you want or don't

Pros: Ball bearing, fan speed control.
Comment:
I love Antec fans for their 3 speed controller which lets you run in quiet or performance modes. This fan provides decent cooling and is generally pretty quiet. Bought the ball bearing version so that I wouldn't have to worry about the fan seizing up suddenly and roasting my hardware.

Cons: switch cable too shortseems to be slower than rated RPM

Pros: ValueVariable SpeedSwitch
Comment:
Good quiet fan, but I think it lacks performance. It seems to be slower/inefficient than other fans rated at the same RPM. I would not buy again unless it goes on sale and I need small fans.

Cons: wires.

Pros: quiet and clear look
Comment:
these are great for matx board with only a few 3 pins. these are quite quiet compare to other brands. And the clear look are great for putting lights in the case. too bad ncix dont have sleeve bearing versions. The only thing i dont like about the fans are the wires that connect to the middle of the fan are sticking out, so i had to press hard on the fan to screw it on the case.

Pros: can be quiet or loud
Comment:
well what to say about these fan they are amazing i love the fact that you have a switch so when if i feel like a quiet computer i can set them for quiet or if i want to cool i set the to high. They also can be a 3 pin or 4 pin molex. So far i havent had one bad antec fan yet. Keeping fingers crosses

Cons: Pas vraiment.

Pros: Excellent rapport qualité prix.
Comment:
Hautement recommandable.

Cons: A bit more packaging material than I like especially since the packaging is plastic but it's no more than what's usually used with other manufacturers.Package was reinforced with 2 small metal bolts, nearly impossible to steal anything from it but also very difficult to open. If not for the 2 bolts package would be resealable/reuseable.Can't think of anything else negative about this.

Pros: 80x25mm, open chasis/screw holes, screws included, tech specs/details included, 3yr warranty, speed switch wiring is sleeved the rest are not, $7-$8 for the whole package. On max speed it sounds like someone vaccuming in an apartment 2-3 floors under you. Max makes a low hum from the wind velocity, barely anything audible on medium, low has no audible noise to the ear.Really crisp clear/translucent look, like lucite plastic, an almost "iced" look.Simple 2-3" long 3 position switch changes speed during operation.Several connector adaptors; a 4pin Molex LP4 (HDD and optical drive power connector) with a 3pin TX3 bypass on it having only the tachometer speed sensor wire connected, so that your motherboard can still monitor fan speed while the fan is connected to a Molex 4pin (huge benefit); regular 3pin TX3 connector with all 3 wires present.Obstructing exhaust does not alter noise level.
Comment:
The unit I got has a loose or damaged molex 4pin LP4 to 3pin TX3 connector adaptor. When operating, moving the fan around causes it to spin up and down and stop; but this is not part of the usual design.Obstructing the in-take, as usual, increases noise level very noticeably. In case anyone was wondering this unit is non-LED. Just a clear white non-tinted plastic. Cons: noise level for medium speed thought it would be abit more silent.

Pros: overall good fan, airflow very decent, 3 speed control makes it pretty easy to switch from low/medium/high speed.
Comment:
Very good fan keeps my hard drives nice and cools down my PC to decent tempature. Very easy accessable speed control, 3 or 4 pin connector allows you to plug either on power supplie or in motherboard for fan support in windows.

Cons: Noisy bearing on first one

Pros: Relatively cheapQuietSpeed controller
Comment:
I bought this fan for my Thermalright V2 GPU heatsink. It cools the heatsink very well. The first one I received had a problem with the bearing though. As the fan spun, there was a consistent "clicking" sound like the sound of a tiny metal ball bouncing on a desk. As I increased speed using the fan controller, the sound got worse. I couldn't ignore it so I ended up RMA'ing the fan. NCIX was very good about it. I received a new fan within about 2 weeks from when I sent the old one back. The new fan I received works beautifully. It is very quiet and is only audible over the rest of my system at the highest speed setting. I would definitely recommend it if you're in the market for an 80mm fan and want built-in fan speed control.

Cons: rma'd first one because of noisy bearings (thank you ncix)

Pros: quiet (at the right speed), high airflow at top speed
Comment:
replaced psu fan with this. it's an older enermax psu with temperature controlled fan speed so the fan is dead quiet at idle. this fan also has a similar top speed/cfm to the stock fan and that should keep the psu at a decent operating temperature.first one had noisy bearings. second one worked like a champ. kudos to ncix for pricematching and rma'ing. thanks.oh yes, would prefer the yateloon highspeed 80mm to this, but it's too hard to get.

Cons: none yet

Pros: Good price, handy speed controller, fairly quiet even on highest setting.
Comment:
This fan is pretty good so far. The power cord was more than long enough to reach the connector on my motherboard, which is in an incovenient place. The speed switch is very handy, although I find this isn't even that noisy at the highest setting.

I also have the 120mm version but I only gave it 4 stars as it is very loud above the lowest setting. This 80mm version seems decently quiet even at the highest setting. I run it on medium.Great all round fan!

Pros: adjustable speedsdecently quiet even on the loudest setting

This fan is a good buy. It's not expensive and 3 adjustable speeds is perfect. Even though it's not a very strong fan, It's pretty strong for a 80mm fan.

Pros: three speeds, leds,
Comment:
overall this is a pretty decent fan, it wasn't as strong as I had hoped it would be even on high, but that's okay. It is still pretty good, and looks nice too.
