Cables included were lots lengthy.Unit was reasonably quiet when workingRead solution description cautiously - unit is only Semi - Modular. Rear On Off switch fell out of the unit generating it in-operable.Unit should be Fully modular Unfortunatly at almost the very same time as mine, I re-checked client comments and discovered the precise identical problem happened to other shoppers. This suggests poor excellent components. Manufacturer Response:Dear Client,We at Thermaltake apologize for the inconvenience this may possibly have brought on you. Please get in touch with ttsupport@thermaltakeusa.com for warranty service.Ideal Regards,

My last case was 9 yrs ago so I couldn't critique much. Definately superior air flow from my old case. It's setup in a way that allows optimal air flow if you buy two more fans. Carrying manage is excellent for lan. Fan light is not really vibrant that annoys you. Effortless to hide wires in this case if you have a modular power supply. It stated it came with 2 x 120 and 1 x 200 but it only came with 1 of each and every. On best of that ppl say that the best is 170 not 200. I didn't check but there you go.

This is a excellent item for a single card solution. The cables are wonderful, it's quiet, and gives adequate power for non SLi/Crossfire setups. There's lots of amps on each and every rail as well. It's not 80 Plus certified. Due to rebates and offers I got this for virtually absolutely free. I am really delighted with it. Its runs my i5-750 and Geforce 470GTX just fine.

Strong 650W power provide. No wimpliness. Modularity permitted me to match it in a frag box, with nice area. further cable and connector for MB energy loop, not required. Really should have been a modular connector, just hangs lose in program. Other than the fact it had an further cable / connector for the mother board energy loop this is about the finest Power provide I've ever applied. On break-in it ran AMI memtest for 4 hours with out a glitch. Been in a continually operating technique for over a month, no problems.

Big fan, incredibly quiet, plug in the cables you need to have rather than just having a huge bulk of them taking up space in your case. Took five minutes to replace my old OCZ PS soon after it failed. None yet Super quickly Newegg shipping.

this poower provide is difficult, quiet and will do just about something a non sli/crossfire user wants for a decent price and a 5 year warranty thru thermaltake none if you are running much more than 1 high finish video card you may well want to step up to the 750w

superb PSU, when it's capable to operate... power button popped out after only a couple of days of use. i essentially only ever flipped it on/off a total of 2.. TWO... instances.... now I'm left with a PSU that I can't turn on, rendering my new rig useless until I replace / repair the PSU. I'd really like to get this RMA'd, but being a student and having utilised most of my spending $ creating this new rig, I'll have to watch it gather dust for a while. If you're considering of getting this, and right after reading critiques believe the power switch won't bug out on you, just beware - i thought the similar thing, and BAM.... avoid this PSU imo. This power supply is a house-run in my book! Very good 12v lines and a lot of power for my multi-core program. I really appreciate how the major power connections are typical but accessory cords like the PCI-e six pinǞ pin connectors and SATA power cords can be left off if not required. This was best for me and I can keep the cords in my program to a minimum. I also like how the main power cords come sheathed in plastic mesh, but that's just a few cosmetic notes. Largely, I just appreciate the versatility this provide offers. I'm not worried at all when I press the power button on my machine. I seriously required a new power supply given that there was know way my Antec 350w was going to power the newer gpu's. I was buying for my new GTX470 and got this Thermaltake in a package deal. Installation was a breeze for this PS and the GPU as well. Love this stuff and save lots of cash in the method. Quite effectively cooled. Coldest element in my pc. Modular is a have to on smaller type factors.five year warranty. Cable shield is commonly terrible. Cut myself with it.Didn't take place to me, but many folks claim the rocker switch will pop.Extremely low effectiveness. Don't use with crossfire rigs.Died immediately after 1 month use.RMA method is quite slow.PSU possibly destroyed my X58 motherboard. Does not support 12 volt EPS, disregard specs. If Thermaltake sends me a new PSU, I will be glad to use their parts in future builds. As of now I will not be working with any Tt parts in any of my builds as an OEM or a home builder.

I like the removable wire sets. Makes my tower look much less cluttered when I can get rid of the wires I dont will need. The unique wire sets were enough. I have to take an egg away for the smell. While my program doesn't even touch the abilities of this PSU I am nevertheless finding the nasty "New Electronics" smell following about 300 hours of use. Other then the smell I have no complaints.

Silent. Modular style. Cables are wrapped in plastic sleeving. Sturdy. Wish that each and every individual device cord was it's personal separate one, rather than obtaining 3 plugs on one modular cord. I don't use all of them, so there is more cable plugs and their additional cords hanging off than need to have be. In spite of my "cons", I nevertheless give this a 5Ǜ. My dream power provide would have an internal USB link to connect to the motherboard and let me to monitor powersupply load / capacity with associated software.

I'm positive it's a good PSU for systems that it can truly power... Contrary to newegg.com and the actual BOX of this item, it does not have a EPS 12v connector and will not function with the LGA1366 motherboard I have. The manual INSIDE the box indicates this lack of assistance on the 650w model. This is a good mistake mostly by Thermaltake. On the upside, newegg started the RMA approach very rapidly with no restocking fee. Manufacturer Response:Dear Buyer,The ATX 12vƔƲ pin) cable is an EPS connector. The manual denotes that the TRX-650M comes with a fourƲ pin rather of a solid 8 pin connector. The fourƲpin permits the user to use only a 4pin იV CPU power connector or a single 8pin EPS connector.Any questions on this problem please get in touch with Thermaltake at ttsupport@thermaltakeusa.com for further enable.Thermaltake Buyer Service
