Appear good and thin. Really portable. Rapidly transfer price Not a extremely sturdy enclosure. Poor excellent construct. Would be nice if it was all aluminum. The aluminum best start off lifting off from the plastic enclosure just following 1 day of use. |

I like the way it appears. Slim design and style makes it excellent for portability. Installing drive, ideally you will need to take the two screws out of the circuit board and connect to drive, then re-install. You can slip the drive in, but flexes the circuit board slightly. No guidelines.On day 3 of ownership, the glue began coming apart. The drive has been sitting on my desk and has not moved. Will be RMA'ing this enclosure. I actually like the way it looks, and slim style. I am also having study/write, eject difficulties on my mac making use of it for backups. I think its the enclosure, not the drive. |

I have been seeking for a smaller 2.five" enclosure that was fashionable and straightforward to assemble to intall a SSD in. I located it with the SilverStone. So simple to set up. Just unpack, slide the drive in (I installed a 64GB Crucial RealSSD), then snap the top on. It's prepared to go. I use this as a backup for my laptop and maintain it in my latptop bag. Small. Sturdy aluminium and apparently sturdy plastic construction. I would like to see SilverStone make a full aluminum version of this. I feel much a lot more confident having 64GB of Solid State Drive as a mobile backup than I did with a classic drive. |

Cons: All plastic enclosure
Pros: Easy to install hard drive, cover snap in without using tools,able to remove cover easily if you need to, transfer speed is ok. Comment:
4th usb3 enclosure I buy, micro usb plug to hard drive enclosure is cool, newer model compare to the first made usb3 enclosure.Don't need extra power cord.Very light.Will recommend if need space saving in a small laptop bag. |

This enclosure is very good at what it does. Assembling it is of utmost simplicity; slide your drive in the controller and snap the cover and you are done!Usb3 compatibility is nice, and the rounded design is nice. No problems to report, everything works as expected! |

Houses an 2.5 SSD drive with no problem. This item has a great feel on the outside, but inside looks cheap. My drive can't seem to fit snug in it, so there is a bit of noise when moving it around.
