Neweggs excelent service every single time. Took a likelihood once again with Corsair. I was possessing trouble loading OS on a new construct, Ran Memtest and discovered 1 of the two sticks bad. I was lucky enough to be within return policy on Newegg and they issued me labels. The last batch I had to throw out since shipping to them would have been half the cost of buying new and I had to modify the heat spreader slightly to fit under a Red Orb Heatsink. 1 failed inside a month the second 6 months later. Im completed with Corsair. I ended up obtaining 8gb of Mushkin open box for บ much more, run them at 1066 five cas! |

Incorporated heat sinks are good. Uncomplicated to set up. Runs on Windows 7 64 bit no problem. Bought this pair in July 2009 and have had no troubles due to the fact. Wish they have been less expensive (haha). I employed these when I built my current method in July of 2009. I bought the 4GB pair then and have just recently purchased a new 4GB pair to max my program memory to 8GB. These are incredibly higher top quality memory modules in my opinion. They appear effectively built, they run great, and I have had no difficulties with them because I obtain them. If you require DDR3 1333, I'd advocate these in a heartbeat. |

Uninstalled Easily Fails randomly during boot and for the duration of OS and Gaming use. Program goes dark and a really hard reset is needed to come back up and operating. This is obviously a production batch error that Corsair wasn't will to right b4 market place. Notice the high failure price in these testimonials. |

5 outta 6 ain't undesirable? 1 terrible stick which lead me to RMA a motherboard,and then came to the realization that this undesirable stick of memory was prohibiting my board from posting video...UGH I have in no way had a "new" stick of memory be "bad"....20 bucks down the drain considering that I threw the packaging. |

I have to admit, I don't know considerably about RAM. At seeing some of the recent evaluations, I decided to poke about to see how it was functioning in my computer system. It seems to be working as advertised. All I did was plug them in and anything worked just fine. I'm genuinely not too positive what the recent rush of undesirable ratings are about. In spite of how many times I've asked it politely, it still won't make breakfast for me. Previous that, none. I've always purchased random off the shelf brands when finding new RAM, and usually have had some sort of issues. This worked good, so now I'm a Corsair fan. |

Due to the fact it is Platinum Corsair this ram has been overclocked with results to 1575 without core v increase. No troubles, and runs all games smoothly. My method is; MSI GD70 mobo, 2X Radeon 3850 w릘MB DDR3 each, and Phenom2 550 x2. Pc Power Cooling 750Q PS as the final matchup. All in all, all parts run cool and quickly. I only use Corsair, Mushkin, and Critical and have no troubles. What ever I select, I either match up on-line or give the vendor a call. |

Corsair for years has had the highest reliability for me... they stand behind the product, on the extremely uncommon occasion when a single fails its quite simple to exchange and the product generally generously runs more rapidly than spec - none... the very best RAM OEM by far - if you have a low IQ and don't verify BIOS to make positive the volts and timing are set appropriately before you boot the initial time... any ram might not boot or run funny... - the reality of this is that RAM, in spite of specifications and SPD settings, is often set by Motherboards incorrectly... if you are placing a machine together and don't flash the newest BIOS and then verify it's settings for correctness... your intelligence is to blame... not Corsair or the MB OEM..... of all the stories I've read undesirable mouthing product on Newegg, devoid of exaggeration 95% of them are pilot error.... |

Functions excellent when it works. I personal two sets of this memory. The 1st set purchased more than 2 years ago is wonderful. The second, has under no circumstances worked. I have RMA'd it twice already and it nonetheless does not function. That essentially implies that I am on my 3rd set in a 3 month span(original acquire was in December for the second set) and I nonetheless have to get yet another RMA now. It's often one bad stick. I've tried each slot with the old memory and it functions fine I try each slot with the new memory and it only works fine with only a single of the pair. The other a single is generally poor. |

What can I say? Its Corsair!!!! You can in no way fail with corsair no matter what rig your building. You get what you paid for. I was pondering of purchasing an additional set to bring me up to 8GB nonetheless the price tag enhanced about 20 bucks more than the final month. I'll wait alittle longer for the price tag to drop back down to the seventies ahead of I get one more pair. The CAS is alittle larger that I would want; however, lower CAS latency were only offered by lesser trusted brands with extremely low ratings.I want they had greater heat spreaders on them. Corsair name. Can't get it steady with Gigabyte GA-EP45T-UD3LR. Tried Beta Bios update, adjusting voltages and I haven't had any luck. I'm not interested in an OC or underclocked solution, just want it to run stable at 1333. The program identifies it as 1333 but it locks up when loading the OS, if I do get it loaded it'll lock up throughout updates. I have a feeling this is a conflict with the mobo and ram, and it could not be just the RAM causing challenges. |

Price tag Some BIOS don't work with this memory on initial boot and if this is the only RAM you have to boot from just before getting in a position to flash drive then your going to have troubles. My motherboard needed at least one stick to post with but I couldn't get a post screen off of this RAM till purchasing new RAM so I could flash BIOS. Also a lot function. Would not advocate, which is sad from such a good firm general. |
