Cons: Can't use 6 of these on an Asus P6T board

Pros: Good memory, heatsink included
Comment:
Pretty decent product, the heatsink seems to raise the cost by quite a bit though. If you have a triple memory board and you plan on getting 4GB for now then upgrading to 6GB later, don't! Get a 3 pack (6GB) right away, finding one of these alone isn't easy. And you can't use 6 of these for a total of 12GB on an Asus P6T motherboard.

Cons: None

Pros: Performance ram with budget price. Great heatsink fins for heat removalEasily overclockable
Comment:
Corsair has great reputation for making dependable rams, this one is really a performance ram in budget price. 4G ram is more than enough for XP, and still doing well in Win 7 (forget about vista, is totally a memory blackhole). Its heatsink fins can really make the difference between a cooked ram and a warm ram. Imgaine a southbridge minus a heatsink, a ram without one is just the same. For memory, you can't go wrong with Corsair.

One of the sticks gives me the dreaded blue screen of death every hour or two, sometimes in 10 or 15 mins. I now run with 6GB, instead of the 8GB as planed.

Used on an Asus p7p55d pro mobo. Was recommended. Bought 8 gigs (4 sticks). 2 came in with an rma sticker on it (needs quality control ). Other than that, it does the job.

I built a new M4A79T Deluxe Motherboard, with Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Quad Core CPU, Corsair Dual Channel 4096MB PC10600 DDR3 1333MHz Memory (2x2048MB), and 9500 GT 1GB DDR2. And all that is in a Cooler Master CM690 Mid-Tower Case powered by Ultra X4 750-Watt Modular Power Supply with a Western Digital Caviar Green WD10EADS 1 TB Hard Drive running windows 7 and I have had no problems what so ever! I admit I will not be over clocking I can't keep up with it now!

I bought these memory to replace the OCZ sticks. The OCZ kept giving me a blue . Just the other reviews. I junk 8gb and replace with Cosair on April 15 works so far. The first night I played Crysis for about 5-6 hours . No problem The computer work greaat. Just in somebody is wondering. My computer is built on Asus 77D Pro Mobo with i5 processors. It has been working great. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OCZ MEMORY!

These sticks of ram are excellent, but the heatsink fins on top will interfere with the larger after market CPU fans.

Originally I ordered some OCZ memory and, although it was on my motherboard's Qualified Vendor List, it didn't work. I replaced it with 2 sets of this Corsair memory and WOW. I didn't even have to tweak the BIOS to get the right settings - it worked out of the box. I would definitely recommend Corsair memory to anyone.

This is some heavy duty RAM! These two sticks are build really solid and the heat sinks are high quality. Works well with ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO board.

This RAM has performed great with my new i5 build. I am very happy with the performance and would buy again any day. Many retailers sell these for cheaper too so you can price match them down also.ENJOY!

this ram gave me the most trouble i have ever had with memory. was building a new machine for friend. would run for about 2 hrs and then the trouble would begin. restarts, blue screen of death, slowed downs, lock ups. took for ever to figure out it was the ram. so now its back to corsair and see if i can exchange it for some other type, must say this is the frist time i have ever had with any corsair product. WILL BUY CORSAIR AGAIN!

I've owned a pair of these for about six months and haven't had any problems what soever. I liked them when they were 89 dollars. Wish I would have known the price was going to go up a hundred dollars I would have bought 2. Any who, it's great RAM and I will eventually buy another pair.

Comment:
I've used this ram for my last 3 AM3 builds and have had zero problems. The speed and timings are recognize and set automatically and these things OC easily to 1600 with tighter timings and stability, I'm very satisfied and definitely recommend.
