I bought one pair of this last year and it cost me just 69.99. I don't know why the price went up so high.

I installed 4GB of this memory in the last machine that I built (about a year ago) and was very impressed with its performance. When I recently upgraded to the Windows 7 64 bit operating system I purchased another 4GB of the memory. Installed without a hitch, system recognizes all 8GB and performs as expected. Never had a single problem with it. Excellent product and I would recommend it.

As usual I received my order within 2 days. My Asus motherboard recognized the 2 memory sticks with no problems. I definitely notice programs open a little bit faster on Windows 7 (64 bit) by increasing my ram from 2 gig to 4 gig. With a lifetime warranty you cant go wrong.

Had 2gb ocz. Upgraded to this 4gb for windows 7 - 64bit. Big improvement imo. While running games on 2gb i would always cap at 100% usage. So there extra space now.

Just put these into a friend computer, since it was on sale t was the cheapest way to get 4bg of ddr2 ram. I have it running just above stock speed runs perfectly stable with absolutely no problems. If it goes on sale again no reason to not get it. With corsair you generally get great quality :).

PROPS: Excellent choice for the price. My MB wrongly detects the chips as 5-5-5-15, manual changing to 4-4-4-12 solves the problem. Btw, I've tried 4-4-4-10 and it was working well too. CONS: Non-overclockable. Must be used at the original frequiency only.

Cons: none that i can see, unless the RAM heatsink interferes with your case and/or cpu heatsink/fan.

Pros: 4GB of RAM for $100 - rebate is a great dealand yes, my rebate did arrive a while ago. So far all of my NCIX rebates (3 OCZ, 1 Patriot, 1 Corsair) came with no issuesGreat looking and functional RAM, i like the heat spreader fins on the top
Comment:
This pair of RAM works great agter two months of use. I love having this much RAM for gaming, photoshop, etc. I remember paying $200+ for a pair of 128mb Rambus ram a few years ago. If you think a hundred bucks (less with rebate) is a lot for these RAM chips, than you need something cheaper, cause the price is right.

Cons: Price if I don't get my rebate

Pros: Works fine in selected timings at a lower voltage than stated
Comment:
Had this ram run at its default 4-4-4-12 timings at 1.9V no problem. Tall heatsinks give better cooling perfermance as long as no components run into the ram (namely the CPU heatsink). The price would be decent if I receive my rebate. After 3 months I still havn't heard from Corsair about my rebate.

Good DDR2-800. I hope the $35 mail in rebate works otherwise it doesn't worth to buy at this price range.

bought 8gigs of this stuff for my P5Q-E runs perfect. Haven't tried overclocking but apparently they are decent. The heatsink quality is very high, my only complaint is the colour and cursed mail in rebate

Cons: Canadian Dollar just took a nose dive of an unheard of magnitude!!! Hence the days of super cheap memory are just that.....A MEMORY!!! The very same thing that brought the Lonnie as high as $1.10 has now dropped it to .79 CENTS!!!

Pros: REVERSE COMPATIBLE with my older HP (DDR6400) machine! Nice to know i can use this on not only the newer faster builds but I can debug if any older machines are having any problems. (downclockable)
Comment:
I can't wait to try this memory on my future build upgrade. It's said this will go as high as 1149mhz from the standard 800, making my purchase of 1066mhz cpu all the easier! Purchased for $75 ($109 before rebate) which is a STEAL with the terminal velocity of the current dollar!! Now if Corsair would make DDR3 8GB sticks that rock!! this ram is great, and again, coupled up with the memory fan it keeps the temp. to a minimum. i figured i'd need all 4g just to use vista.. hopefully the next version of windows only requires 12g to run properly

i got these ram sticks 7 months ago and they work really good at stock speed. 800Mhz = 5-5-5-31 , 900Mhz = 5-6-6-31, If you raise the frequency above 1066Mhz you will get errors when you test your ram and your pc will crash on you a lot. Like I said at 900Mhz this is some really great ram, that is durable and reliable. would recommend to all.10/10

Pros: immediately recognized by vista, excellent for overclocking

I got two of these kits for a total of 8GB, and I picked up the corsair memory fan as well. I'm really impressed. No troubles whatsoever on installation, immediately picked up and utilized by vista ultimate 64x, and I got them overclocked to 1100mhz, which is just gravy. When on sale, these are an incredibly buy.
