Be ready to shell out the cash. Let me tell yot this is the most I ever payed for memory. So I got what I hoped for. So satisfied I ordered 2 more sticks today. 8 Gigs with Windows 7 Pro 64 bit I should be a rockin' As far as the complaints go on the fans I am glad to have them, Yes they are a little loose but they work wonderfully.

Easy Setup and works great. But when shipped box was empty, customer service was very quick to fix it. Purchased 1yr ago.

I've had this memory in my system for around a year, and ever through OC tests and just regular usage my PC has been rock solid and it's complimented my PC extremely nicely.

This is the best RAM I have ever bought. One problem is that the fan that comes with it rattles and I have read that a lot of other people have had this problem as well, so I don't use the fan and don't need it honestly. This RAM stays cool in comparison to other RAM. This was a fantastic improvement in performance up from my Crucial Ballistix 800 mhz. RAM.

as far as i am concerned this is has got to be one of the best memory sticks on the market. i have put together 4 pcs for friends and everyone of them has used this Ram and has complimented a very stable system. the website is helpful for all their memory queries as well as the tech support.

I have 2 sets of these. No problems with fans or memory. You should not give a bad review because you don't know how to install fans. Ive had first pair over a year thats why i bought second pair. Let a pro install them if you have problems. Don't blame Corsair.

I had to return a defective pair of this ram. The cooling fan this set comes with is horrible. It slides off the ram locking tabs. If it comes in contact with the memory, than your ram will go haywire and shut your PC off. I had to ditch the fan, than I ran Memtest everything passed and worked fine for 4 hours than kaboom, my whole system went haywire. I ran memtest again and got errors like crazy. Originally I was running a 2GB set of corsair and it was good to me, but I returned the new 4gb set for a refund and got some OCZ reaper 4GB kits at the same speed and it was a better choice. Factory clocked OCZ runs circles around factory clocked Corsair from my 4 hour experience alone.

I love this memory. Can't overclock it past 1105mhz but works great@5-5-5-15. Fan started making noises at 1 month and just got worse. Had to remove it after 7 months. Memory is very tall had to readjust my Ultra chilltec cooler to make it fit.

Great ram Installed on gigabyte M/B It installed 1066 on auto pilot ! fan is nice not a peep of noise

ordred two sets one set was dead when i got it. returned the set and got some replacements. the fans arnt the greatest every once in a while when i boot up one fan makes a bit of noise that dosnt sound good but it only lasts for a minute.

This is a great product. Ive always trusted Corsair and they are yet to let me down. Im not sure what people are saying about the fan being a loose, but mine is very snug in place. Id recomend this product to anybody

The memories were great and run fast on my striker extreme board. Speed and timings were detected perfectly. But the fan that comes with the package is a little bit loose whichever way you install it. Other than that, real cool... they shipped the RAM in perfect condition. Thanks guys.

I bought this ram for my new p/c, they weren't kidding, it's really fast.the only problem i had was the cheesy fan mount,they should have used plastic, it shifted and shorted out one of the sticks. What a bummer. I'm trying to get it replaced, hope they will pull through. It's worth the money, just don't use the fans...

RAM works great only problem was the middle fan sounds as if it has a dry bearing. Corsair took it back and replaced it no problem though.

Well, when it comes to the actual RAM, these things fly, the speed was detected automatically and it runs beautifully at advertised speed and timings. As for the fans that came with it, I RMA's the first fan module because two of the three fans were vibrating and sounded like some sort of sick animal, so I got a second fan module and one of the 3 on this one are doing the same thing. Well, I guess it's kind of an improvement but I'm going to RMA these too and see if third times a charm. I really didn't expect this bad quality from Corsair. Although I didn't take too much off the rating because the memory itself is currently performing beyond my expectations

Was on sale for less than 90$ and for my new rig, it was the choice over picking ocz, cause i have weird issues with ocz ram sticks. Will try to pair these rams with G.Skill to upgrade to 8 gig, and see if pairing works out.
