Cons: LED Lights

Pros: Quiet, Lots of air flow, Great for Water Cooling Setups
Comment:
Great fans, Have these for cooling my liquid setup and I am getting great temps with low noise. The lightning LED does not work for me it just glows blue. Wish these fans came without the LEDs in them as then they would be perfect.

Bought this on-sale for $7.99. For the price I paid I felt I got a very good fan. It keeps my HTPC very cool and the blue light is very attractive. If I'm building a pc while these are on sale I will definitely buy again.

Cons: none that I can think of

Pros: Quiet, nice case mod, excellent price
Comment:
can't beat the NCIX price and a very quiet fan as stated above. Put 8 of these in my Mozart Tx entertainment center case, cools and also looks great . Would recommend to anyone who wants a low cost quiet fan solution.

Cons: Cheap plastic, high noise at high speed due to air flow

Pros: Low cost, long life, low noise at low speed, no motor noise (low or high speed)
Comment:
Bought 3 of these to put in a HAF912 case. I received them before the case so I made them run with my fan controller to see how much noise they were producing for almost a week. I was pleased that they were really silent at low speed. In fact, I think they are the most silent I've ever had at low speed. But, they are powerful, so when you run them at 12 Volts, they do produce noise. The noise is acceptable (considering I'm sensitive to noise) when the fan is not having any interference. But when you put it in a case, the high air pressure will create  relatively high noise.Today the 3 fans are in my case: 2 at front intake and 1 at rear. If I turn my fan controller to maximum, it's very noisy, but they efficiently cool my OC CPU.All in all, I really like the fans considering I use them at low voltage. I'm going to buy more to replace the 3 other fans in my case.

Cons: - Feels flimsy/cheap- Low RPM does mean a sacrifice in terms of CFM output.

Pros: - Extremely Quiet- Good airflow- Nice bright LEDs
Comment:
Some good fans, I've purchased 6 and have thus far received two. I tried one of the two and it works great. These will be used to cool a watercooled system. So far they outperform my Yate Loons in terms of noise and flow.

Cons: Noisy above 1000 RPMno manual speed adjsuter

Pros: Excellent fansLow noise under 900 RPM
Comment:
Do not get these if your motherboard does not allow you to adjust the fan speed via windows. I have the Asus p8z68 V pro and it allows me to do that. The fans are very noisy at 1200 - 1300 rpm which is the default speed.

Cons: undervolts poorly, only sort of quiet

Pros: fairly cheap after PM, looks cool, decent airflow, decent static pressure, hybrid ball bearing
Comment:
No point in undervolting this fan as it only gets louder the slower it spins. Otherwise a really great alternative to the CM R4's though, plus it uses a hybrid ball bearing design that will last much longer. But since it's marketed as a silent fan and can barely be considered quiet, it gets 3 stars.

Cons: The current states 0.3 Amps on the packaging, but the sticker on fan itself states 0.5 Amps. The airflow or breeze is audible like a desk fan on low setting. You need to look elsewhere for a silent solution.

Pros: Bright blue LEDs that are medium blue compared to my lighter shade of blue Coolermaster and Yate Loon fans. Twister bearing that is as or more durable than DFB or HDB. No pulsing or mechanical noise from fan motor.
Comment:
This fan would be ideal in a gamer case with at least one window. I would swap out my Antec 900 stock fans for these. The fan spins at 1350 RPM as detected by Speedfan. This review was modfied by poster @ 07-07-11 01:57 AM
