Everyone laughed at me over this fan, ridiculed me even! Too fancy, they said, not in the budget. If I were you and had the 20 bucks (cheap) this is one of the coolest gadgets I've ever liked. It is quiet, adds a nice touch to my case and the kids love to play with the settings almost everyday. One kid likes blue, the other green, and I like it just on the cycle setting. The only difficult part was deciding how to route the control switch. I mounted this one in the front of my case and had to make a notch for the wire, which did look tough enough to withstand some good flexing but I would recommend a way to mount it securely to the side or top of the case, a bit of velcro perhaps.Excellent upgrade for a good price.

Did order this about a month ago for a new build in a Haf-X. Sadly the Enermax sealed package did contain the wrong product; it is the red only that I received not the tri-colors; will contact NCIX about that.Apart from that the fan function silently and respond normally to PWM command from the 4 pin motherboard connection.I wont substract stars from my rating, as it is a simple error, the product itself is good.
