Cooler was packaged with Crucial 2048MB PC6400 DDR2 800MHz memory, but was made for older, larger chip. It barely fit on the ram, and I opted not to use it. |

I used ULTRA Memory 1024 and thay do not fit right thay only touch half of the Memory when I called thay said thay it would be ok but I know better if you buy them you may need to modify them to work just bend the cover a little in a vice. |

I bought these with double sided memory cards and could not get them to assemble and retain adequate contact with the memory chips. I sent them back for a refund even though the manufacturer swore they would work OK. My memory cards are running pretty cool without them. They may work fine on the right kind of card. |

Seems a bit on the expensive side but product was exactly as expected, good secure fits and provides a good firm seating for when you plug it into the board. Installation was also a breeze was finished in minutes. Looks great too, may cut a giant hole in my case so I can google at them :P |

For the price you can't go wrong. Easy to install & Took me about 5 min to install. And are the ticket if you overclock. Temps seem to be down about 6C. |

Bought 4 of these for my new build but was disappointed to find they're not adjustable for RAM with heat spreaders already attached, like the Corsair XMS and Dominator. I'm hoping Thermax puts that flexibility into their next cooling product but I'm keeping these for another build. Great looks and a good buy. |

Put the memory cooler in my first build and have had no problems with it yet. It was easy to install and nice having the feeling of security that the RAM stick will not overheat. |

I must admit, I had buyers remorse up until the moment that I held the single memory cooler in my hand and realized its magnificence! The technical description of how the cooler works was suddenly explained clearly when i held it in my hand. These are perfectly sized, perfectly built, and so cool to hear the "kchunk" at the split second of installation, which was simple and clearly explained by the packaging. These were easier to install than the cheap ones that i could afford a year and a half ago. Botom line...GET SOME! |

These are pretty fantastic. I bought 4 of them, and they install easily. I note that the person with the rating all in uppercase, has no idea what he's doing :) #1, heatsinks don't make you use less ram under load LOL. Heatsinks only lower the temperature of your RAM chips, they have nothing to do with how they operate - Or how your OS operates. #2 The reason your heat sink didn't fit on that RAM module, is because that RAM module only has one row of chips. The cooler comes with an extra pad you can place to compensate for this. |

i own alot of ULTRA products most good, these are to replace the stock ones from my OCZ sli 800mhz droped temp about 10c learn why in my ocz review. great product and 2 for 1 can't beat it thanks tiger. Ordered on sun. 4 am at my door 1:30 pm tues. service as usual, outstanding . |
I have to be neutral in my ratings because it's a well designed, finely crafted product, for a reasonable price, but it won't fit my Corsair brand memories. I'd like to see a chart of what would fit and be able to work backwards to the compatible CPU and mo-bo. In one twin-chip setup I could have put one fin unit between the two by leaving off the removable part and using a dab of cement to keep it from falling out when bumped, but would not have total heat conductivity. I like their simplicity and am saving them for a different build.
