Does what it was designed to do. Caution Be careful not to use all the ports at once because, there is a possible voltage drop across the ports and you can burn out the USB port on the motherboard from excessive current being drawn on it. I had a friend who had a device similar to this and that's what happened to him. A drop in voltage means an increase in current and resistance. IMPORTANT On a certain netbook, the hub MUST be plugged in FIRST before you switch the machine on. If you try to plug in the hub while the machine is on, it will reboot. Keep that in mind while using the product. |

........ For OS WinXPpro - Reads at High Speed, Writes at Full speed (a lot slower). Hard to detect new drive attachments. The drive used when bypassing HUB detects quick and R-W's at high speed. ........ For OS Win7pro - Can not setup. Hub is detected. Will not detect a drive through it. Not usable. The drive used when bypassing HUB detects quick and R-W's at high speed. |

Too many of my USB devices are too wide for any of the conventional USB hubs. This is great! Now I can use ALL of the ports! Will probably buy another with my next order. |

Best feature is that various USB devices fit all at the same time in each of the ports, since they are on separate flexible cables. No more losing connections because one connector has squeezed another out of alignment. All four ports can really be used by any USB device at the same time. Also, price is right. Haven't had it long enough to comment on durability. And it's cute! |

This little device has been a good investment for me. It takes up little space and I'm able to manage my Printer, Scanner, External Drive and an Interphase to record my old Vinyls to my computer. No lines hanging all over the place. They are neatly together on one USB Port. |

So far no problem with the product. Works with Windows 7. Transfer rate is very fast. I connect an external keyboard and mouse, and the responsiveness is superb. I'd recommend this product. |

its cheap and compact so its i deal to travel with and used for laptobs, for a desktop i would probbly go for somthing better.... some devices had aproblem beeing recodnized when pluged it to it or beeing bus powered by it. |
