this USB-hub is good for devices that don't draw a lot of power. once i hooked up a power-drawing USB device (in this case my guitar effects device), i lost access and power to the rest of my devices on this hub. if you need a hub for low power draw devices like a mouse or a drawing tablet then this Sabrent USB hub will work effectively. |

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I suppose this is better than not having anything. USB port on the front of my computer broke, was hoping for good replacement. This TAKES forever to charge the MP3 players; was hoping could use for the mouse--didn't work. Overall, not very pleased. |

I was looking for a low cost 7-port USB device to plug in the many USB devices. I have the hub setting on my desk to allow devices to be charged and plugged in and out easily. I would recommend this to others looking for a USB hub. |

Only problem I've had so far is the optional units I have plugged in keep going through autoplay every so often, which is annoying. I agree there is no light to tell it is continuing to function. Elaine Small |

Bought in Feb, adapter failed in October. Liked the 7 ports. LED light is on power adapter, not on hub like otheers so it's hard to see that there's no power. Card has no manufacturer warranty or web site on it. That should clue you in it is suspect. Also made in China. |

I should have read some of the reviews more carefully. This won't power an external hard drive and doesn't support IPhone charging either. About the only thing I have gotten to work is thumb drives and my keyboard. I bought this thinking I could leave my external hard drive plugged in all the time but it won't even work with a dual port USB cable. Don't waste your money. I suggest the D-Link DUB-H7 instead. I bought it for home and it is working great. |

I purchase the hub in june. It worked fine for about month then my computer began to not identify the hub. I tried it on another computer and it worked for about 1 hr. before that computer couldn't identify the hub. Now I'm stuck with it. So sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. |

Had just purchased a new computer with few USB ports. Not enough for the equipment I needed to attach. Ordered this and installed. Worked great from the moment I hooked it up. Easy and fast. It does have a short cable but was no problem with where I was going to place it. Would definitely recommend it. |

The sabrent usb port hub is real easy to use. I took it out of the package, pluged it in and attached my printer, mouse, speakers,dymo printer and my external hard drive. What a relief to get all of those wires to the back of my pc...i'v bought various products from tiger direct over the years and never had a problem with with any thing i'v bought from them..five stars to your company and products...thank you tiger direct. |
I have now bought two of these 7 PORT hubs and found them to be reliable and very good quality for the price.
