as a person not comfortable changing computers for the fear of loosing everything this data cable took all information for old to new. You don't have to pay a tech to do it when this made it so simple. Was able to see what was going on and in no time it was done and we still had the old computer as a back up to make sure nothing was missing. |

I bought one of these about a year ago. I have used it off and on and now am using it in building computers. It is wonderful, easy and fast. Right now I am using to to transfer music from an external hard drive through an XP Pro to A Windows 2003 server. |

This was a great buy. The construction is an on the go model. I have not actually used the product and don't know when I will but, I can definitely see the probable need for it. Hope it proves worthy at the time. |

The tornado works like I expected it to. My only complaint is with the quality of the re-usable clear tape that is attached to one end of the cable. The tape doesn't stick anymore. Its purpose there is to prevent the cable from being retracted into the body of the tornado. There should have been a heads up on this in the user manual. It was a good purchase; I'm happy & satisfied. |

before getting this I would use my large usb drives to swab out info, now I can move stuff once rather than having to move data 3 times just to get it from my laptop to my desktop storage drives. speedy too! |

I expected it to synchronize files between two computers, but it has the same problem than windows explorer, at the first corrupted file it stops and let you the task of finding what was copied and what wasn't |

I've used this more than enough to justify its purchase in March 2010. The firmware works fine with Windows 7 x64 as well as with WinXP. The unit could be a bit more compact. For its size the USB cables should extend further. I hope there will be a USB 3.0 version in the near future. Overall worth the money I paid for it. |

This works great! I used an old computer wit ME on it and took off a game I had paid for, and transfered it to my Gateway laptop and it worked very smooth! A great value for the money! |
Nice cable, works very well right out of the box. No hassle. Plug and play! Fast Shipping, great service! If i could change one thing : Right now I can only see my pictures in tiles or icons. It would be better if I could see them as thumbnails.
