Modest sufficient to match into my HP Mediacenter Computer. Uncomplicated to set up. No further power needed. Functions great! Noise is very affordable compared to an additional PNY card I bought and returned simply because of the noise. Software integrated only had Direct x9...not 11 like I believed. Just a misunderstanding on my component. If you have space constraints this card is fantastic!

uncomplicated set up, currently had the newest drivers downloaded(did not bother with cd) It runs the two newest Need FOR SPEED games quite well along with F1 2010.Set my graphics to medium/high settings. It is quite quiet. Almost purchased the Assus but this card has a ฤ rebate. I would acquire this card once more with no rebate. I have utilized Powercolor cards in the previous but they just make ATI cards now so I guess that makes me a new PNY client. my windows scores jumped to 6.7ǜ.6. I put in this card and 2 gb ram in my Acer slimline, it's like a new computer system again. I very recomend this card to any a single who has a slimline case or a pc with a lower powered energy supply. Not truly a con, but I ordered the card, ram and a DVI cable over the holidays. got the video card and ram initial and then waited a couple of days for cable. I only have 2 slots, 1 for video card and 1 for my wireless so I had to have DVI cable. I had to stare at new card in the box for two days LOL. The only factor holding my personal computer back now is CPU. I have a 2.5 ghz duo core AMD. Newegg has an oem 2.eight ghz tricore that I consider I will order. My MB only supports up to 95 watt SM2+ CPU so this is the best I can get. Not a negative value either due to the fact it's oem( no fan or heatsink)

This card is so considerably smaller sized than my GTS8800(s) have been... the extra room in the case now promotes substantially greater air circulation. My rig is old now 񢉗) but this card enables me to use this gaming rig a small when longer. the fan wire appears a little too exposed for my taste, but hasn't really been a difficulty.

This is a fantastic card for the cost (under ๠). No troubles or conflicts at all. Low Power card 鴜-250 watt power supply). Extremely quiet. I actually opened the case once more to make sure the fan was operating. My only "con" would be on NewEgg. For some cause my order was stuck in "Processing" for five days. I ordered the card on Wednesday, but my order didn't process till late Saturday night. Typically this wouldn't be a big deal, but I paid added for overnight shipping hoping it would arrive in time for the weekend. I didn't get the card until Tuesday! So all in all, it took an complete week to get a video card that was in stock and had next day shipping. I'm not as well worried about it due to the fact this is the initially time I had any issues with NewEgg.Nonetheless gave the card 5 eggs, due to the fact the order has absolutely nothing to do with the card itself. I needed a low power video card for my Pc, mostly because I didn't want to acquire/upgrade the power provide as well. I searched for about two-three weeks for one thing decent until I found this one particular. I checked some of the benchmark tests and while it was middle of the road on most tests, it was getting compared to a lot greater cards. Thinking of this only demands a power supply of about 220-250 watts, this mops the floor with the other low power cards.

DVI, HDMI & VGA connectionsTiny Profile None I picked this up for my multi-use Pc. It handles Bluray to my HDTV and my common computing requires. I'm not substantially of a gamer so it's excellent and seemed like a good bang for the buck when I picked it up.Bonus film via PNY was fun perk as well.

Just when i opened the box i found myself amazed at the attractive, blue, chrome, shiny hardware.I dont know why alot of men and women are saying this card isnt for gaming, i can max out most games such as modern wrfare two and black ops, and run mafia 2 and gta four on very high settings.this card is good for gaming, watching blu ray motion pictures, performing video editing tasks, etc1gb of 700Mhz is also the highest clock i have identified for low profile cards howeverit also utilizes incredibly small power, im on a 220 psu thats also powering 4gb of ram and a quad core cpu.I very recomend this card more than any other to anyone on an htpc. I guess if you leave your computer on overnight , you WILL hear the noise of the fan. But i constantly have music on, so it isnt a massive deal at all.Ive barely had this card a handful of days, hopefully it lasts a really long time. If you bought an workplace desktop and discovered your self disapointed on the onboard graphics, and identified yourself disapointed but again with the modest case size and low power supply, then this card is excellent and ready for you.My Computer specs:AMD Phenom II X$ 820 at 2.80Ghz4gb of ddr3 memorywindows 7 ultimate1TB hddthis card220w psuincredibly little case the size of a boxRuns motion pictures beautifully. How i run games:MW2 runs maxed out with added high textures, maxed out resolution, and maxed AA.Black ops is the very same story, though the framrate is lower in some places.Mafia 2 runs out at 1280 x 900 with every little thing on high, it plays beautifully with an excellent framerate.GTA four runs at max resolution, with anything on high except for medium shadows. I get a very good framerate, about 30-35 in most locations. IN truth, in some situations, the framerate is even better than what it is on the 360 and ps3.ANd of course, counter strike and all these other low end games run maxed

Cost, memory size, quiet Drivers on disk were out of date, but a quick download from the chip makers website solved that I bought this card to use in a HTPC, and I wanted HDMI output. I was straightforward to install, and does the job effectively so far. It does not create excessive heat, and is quiet. A good decision for the price.

Exceptional small price range video card. 1080p video clips play fine and even on the internet games like Zuma Blitz run much more smoothly than with my integrated card ahead of. As others have mentioned, there is a low energy requirement so individuals with fundamental stock PSU's must be fine. Runs Fallout New Vegas on High settings, which is good. Had some main difficulties acquiring the software installed effectively--I lost sound to my complete program! PNY was really responsive but their options have been pedantic and not valuable. In the end, a tech forum recommended I re-set up the Windows HD audio drivers, which happily solved the situation. Can't complain at all about the card's excellent functionality or the responsiveness of PNY's client help. Just make positive the software installation goes according to plan!

the card was extremely effortless to installed, and it's quite incredibly quiet. the drivers that come the card won't perform with win. 7 You have to install the card and let win.7 locate the updated drives. the video excellent is good, 3d and blue-ray wow off the wall.

Installed effortless. Didn't come with a bunch of garbage on a disc - just loaded the disc, clicked install drivers and I was there. I downloaded the GeForce software from Nvidia on-line and I was excellent to go. The fan is quite quiet and not even audible when compared to my quiet Corsair PSU.The low profile of the circuit board is excellent for HTPC's because they're commonly far more cramped. Mine is and with this card being smaller it permits a lot a lot more air flow in my case.Immediately after I loaded the drivers and software program I plugged an HDMI cable into it to my 46" HDTV and watched a blu-ray from my computer system on my Tv with full surround sound and a beautiful 1080p image. The card does all it was meant to do greater than I even hoped it would do it. For gamers it might be wise to go with anything bigger/more powerful. For me - editing video and watching video is what I required and this issue gets an A+. None. If I was a gamer I'd possibly be disappointed, but that's what I use my Xbox360 for. HTPC's and computer systems with smaller cases would seriously benefit from possessing this smaller sized card in them.

This is only the second graphics card I have bought (I typically attempt to purchase a very good motherboard because I don't seriously play games) but it far exceeded my expectations. I wanted to be able to watch 3D films cheaply given that I just got a nice but cheap plasma. This is not only a very good price tag but the graphics blow away my Blu Ray player (I have a 3D BR burner in my box as properly). The linux driver does not do 3D at all like the Windows based graphics. Oh effectively. Perhaps one particular day I can get away with only running windows VM Normally like AMD/ATI but this card changed my thoughts!

Just needed a basic graphics card with dual-link DVI to power a family computer. This is more than capable. Nothing to complaint about, great price for a card that has pretty good build quality.

The card is swift for a half-height low-end card. The fan on this factor has horrible speed control, and is irritatingly loud for use in a living space. If you want a half-height card for an HTPC, get a thing else.

-Low profile-quiet-low temps-dx11Perhpas the greatest HTPC or low profile video ared availble. None but. Bought this for my friend who is half blind. He doesn't and can't genuinely leave the property and quite much sits in front of a computer screen all day. He plays lots of games and even plays secondlife, and has completed so on a 8400gm video card for virtually 2 years. 1 day when I went more than to visit, he was truly excited mainly because he got Star Wars: the Force Unleashed two, and it was kinda sad, he was finding around five-10 fps...SO for xmas I decided to get him the best video card I possibly could that would fit his case. After A lot analysis, I discovered that the GT 430 was the finest option to go with. I looked at the 210 and 220 nvidia cards, but they do not really compare as far as performance is concerned, even though considerably more affordable...they aren't worth it. As far as performance goes, I was blown away with this card and so was he. It really was like night and day in terms of efficiency raise, and the card aid speed up his technique overall, by taking load off the cpu. Very best purchase I ever produced XD

This is an great card. So far, it has handled anything I have thrown at it, from games to high definition films. I can honestly say, I will never go back to anything much less then this card. Had to install the PNY drivers rather of going to NVIDIA for the most recent drivers. Be certain to put it into at least an ATX Mid Tower, as this card will heat up a bit, even though my Zotac card fully burned up from also low a power supply and getting no fan on it. As mentioned before, this card has handled just about anything. I can play Elder Scrolls Oblivion on ultra

Fast, Direct X 11. Tiny for the powerhouse that it is. Handles most tasks and games with ease.HDMI and 3D capability None. The fan does run loud under a load, but thats to be expected as does anything else if it wants extra cooling to keep it operating. Handles every thing wonderful. Just completed beating the story mode of Prototype and not 1 bit of lag throughout the whole game (cept during the real intense and graphic heavy fights)DOES NOT LIKE TO BE OVERCLOCKED. Windows will grow to be incredibly temperamental amd BSOD's frequently. But thats ok. Given that the card is very good enough for me not overclocked, not to significantly of an issue.

Low profile card, nice video increase over on board or 9000 series card. Can play most games on max. Fan can be quite loud at times. Do not program on over clocking this card. It will not deal with it. Overall a very good card for the typical gammer.

Fastest nVidia card for a typical HTPC with a 300Watt energy supply or less. It states that a 300W is necessary, but it runs flawlessly on my 220W running an intel Quad Core. Incredibly really and doubles the performance of the card it replaced - 220GT. Windows Experience Index is 6.three on both 2D and 3D. None. Will be obtaining a different for my other HTPC!
