It can be useful if you buy a lot from NCIX but the face value should be reduced to like 5-10$.. it's 500 points and now with the conversion it equals 5$... so it's quite silly to sell it 50$ |

This is definitely something to pick up - but not for $50! Use your NCIX points or whatever! I think it's 500 points per year. I've had it for a few years now, and if you order enough stuff at some point you will have to RMA something. |

A no brainer, especially when offered through 500 reward points. Get it and save yourself some hassle with warranty, RMAs and service priority. I have used it a few times to get quick RMAs and save myself lost time and money on manufacturer DOAs or order mistakes. |

I like the concept, and I get where NCIX is coming from with it. However, it always seems to expire without my ever having used it. Then I don't bother to renew it, and my very next order is always the one with the problem.Not a fault of the product, of course. |
