appears really cool, good fans (cooling method), has lots of opening for ventilation, your computer will never ever over heat had to drill new screw holes for the videocard, the back opening for the motherboards connectors is to massive so dust can get in. the harddrive screw holes have been to low so i had to drill new ones

All black, inside and out. Complete front case is a filter. Lots of ventilation. Sexy The 200mm fan on top has clearance problems with motherboards. Not confident how that produced it by means of QC... PSU filter is almost not possible to get out devoid of tools. 1 of my USB ports on the front was bent out of place. Card slot holder sucks. I really like this case. It's great looking and has great ventilation. The HDD cage is modular, so you can basically get rid of the clips and pop it out of the front. It provides you the hardware to attach a 120mm fan on the front. Also, they conveniently give you a 120mm fan that will match on the front, so your HDDs now have suitable cooling.OK, so the negative... The huge 200mm fan on prime interferes with the mother board. It's not undesirable though, but I really can't believe it's an challenge at all. An additional thing... the clips utilized to hold in your video cards or other expansion cards sucks. Remove it and use screws like a genuine man. The clips merely do not operate. My video card would actually come loose and wiggle about. Removed it and use screws, now it's nice and snug.

Roomy ,effectively ventilated case, lot of bays & looks quite neat. Docking stations are around ฮ, so this case is a quite fantastic deal all about. Fans are a tiny loud. I have challenges when utilizing the docking station, it freezes up my laptop. Just about every time, I require to enter device manager to get it to uncover the docking station. With time, it should get greater

Awesome cooling, silent fans, good side port window. Lots of area for drives, full size ATX mobo's, and long video cards like my 8800GT. Blue LED fan is good, cool effect on side window but not so bright as to distract you. SATA dock on prime is SWEET! Removable, washable filters for front panel, and underneath the bottom mount for the power supply. All this, and it's from ThermalTake, and the price tag! Very thin. Be careful or you will bend the doors or the case. All the holes for venting is nice for air flow, but if something liquid gets anywhere near it, your technique is almost certainly going to get hosed. The retaining clips for cards are a good idea, but I ended up having to screw in my video card, as the cips didn't fit at all about it.

Excellent airflow black interior bottom mount PSU Top rated HDD/SSD dock. Well it would have been good if they had explained in detail how they intended anything to fit. Right after several tweaks to cable management which was not a big point for this case i stumbled onto how they wanted it to go. All your cables are to drop strait down in a line in the space amongst the mobo and the drive bays. The 200mm fan can be place back on and removed immediately after installation of every little thing the leading does come off. the design group did catch the problem of the fan in trying to supply a price range black ed. case I can see how it was a challenging struggle for them taking off the top was only alternative despite the fact that tedious to do the did not want to sacrifice the option of the big fan.The case was developed about the Frio CPU cooler I don't have it however but I am going to get it simply because the CM 212 plus isn't as fantastic as I believed. This case plus the Frio and two perhaps 3 added fans is the ideal in price range air cooling in my book.

A lot of persons that read these evaluations almost certainly want to hear about if this case is going to work with there setup or not, so I will tell you that the width of the case is wide enough to hold many big coolers (eg, thermaltake frio) General this case is perfect for somebody trying to construct a higher-end pc and not forking over a massive some of funds for the case As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. This truly wansn't a con for me so take it with a grain of salt The case does not feel low cost! It feels like steel and mesh, which is what the description tells you it is. If you dont want a much better "feeling" case then obtain an aluminum one. The best docking thing was a "mehh" for me; not a selling point, but good to have

Excellent Hunting. Has a lot off area. Everything is quick to install. Moves lots of air. Quiet running fans. Nice side window. Worth each and every dollar. I wish the HDD cage was turned 90 degree. Top dock is useless for dvd drives. I will be receiving one more one soon to upgrade my server.

*Overal Visual Appeal*Non Stick Power button situated at the best left of the case. (There is a rather huge blue power light that goes across the leading of the energy button for those of you who take challenge with these sorts of issues. About a mm thick 1" across, 1ǘ" down like an upside down examine mark)*Tool-less drive installation for the 5.25" Drive Bays*Tool-less expansion card slot installation*Great Air-flow*Comes with two fans 120mm and 200mm*Sturdy Construction with quickly removable front plate. As soon as you've opened a slot on the face-plate, it can be re-attached employing two case screws.*External Sata dock. (Which was the principal cause I bought this case and the most important sticking point for generating this case a steal of a deal.) ꓘmm Top rated fan actually touches the motherboard immediately after installation. (ASUS P5Q Pro Turbo ATX mobo.)ꓘmm Leading fan slightly pulls down when on causing the fan to knick the clip on the 4-pin energy next to the CPU causing the fan to make a loud noise and studder. I will have to take away the motherboard in order to remove the fan. At the moment the fan is disconnected. It didn't seem like an concern during installation considering that the fan only pulls down when on.*Motherboard clearance appears poorly believed out. As with the situation with the major fan, the motherboard touches, the motherboard has about threeǚ" clearance on the bottom in between motherboard and power provide.*Removal of the rear panel to place in the one that comes with the motherboard was a pain. You'll bend the case, but this can be bent back simply.*Top five.25" bay is a joke as indicated by an additional reviewer. The cabling from the front audio and the leading sata dock obstruct the bay.*The HDD enclosure (See other thoughs) The HDD enclose is Tool-much less when inserting into the case. The Tough drives have to be mounted into the enclosure working with screws. This process is painful unless you have a magnetic tipped screwdriver. Additionally, the leading drive bay in the enclosure is unusable as-is on the case i received as a few rivets rub against the drive creating it hard to get the drive into the bay. I can repair the one I have with my dremel, others wont be so fortunate. All that being stated, I will definately get a different case like this for my other computer solely for the convenience of the top rated Sata dock. (Which is connected to the motherboard by a Sata connector for the person who reviewed the case devoid of actually owning it, or couldn't inform the distinction involving sata and usb.)

Visual appeal. General the case is really good to search at and it doesn't light up my office like a like a night club. I was never one for illuminating my Pc's. Bottom mount PSU with a devoted intake vent assists decrease heat build up inside the case, and my PSU now runs much cooler. Being in a position to position the HDD cage in a spot other than the extremely bottom of the case. Moving it up just a single notch with 2 HDDs in it created enough space for me to plug in the PCI-E power cables to my video cards.Major mounted SATA HDD docking station. Despite the fact that I don't have a use for this just however, I'm positive it will come in handy someday. Clearance challenges. As an additional reviewer stated, my motherboard is pressing against the major mounted fan bezel. It took a little force to get the motherboard lined up with the screw holes. Best most drive bay is useless. The plastic screwless locking mechanism for holding add on cards. This thing is useless. I tried to use it, and my video cards were sagging and loose. I removed it and just used screws anyway. Only two cooling fans. Not actually a con because I knew this when purchasing the case, I did acquire two a lot more 120mm fans to rectify this. You will want to get 2 additional fans with this case, as airflow isn't all that good with only two exhaust fans.Cable management. Right after every thing was installed I had a small difficulty routing my cables so they have been not obstructing airflow. This is a fault of my own, not truly the case, as I have 2 SATA HDDs, and 2 IDE devices taking up space. A dilemma simply fixed when I get rid of the old school IDE drives. Modular PSU would aid out also. General the case is quite good for the value and I am incredibly pleased with it. After adding two intake fans all my elements now run significantly cooler than they did in my earlier case. Even with the cons, this is still a good case for the dollars.Thermaltake V6 BlacX Edition Gaming CaseMSI K9A2 CF-F V2 AM2+ MotherboardAMD Phenom II x4 955 Ɠ.2GhzƞGB OCZ DDR2 8002x ATI Radeon HD3870 in crossfireAntec 650w PSU

( Require numerous additional owner critiques. ) Who's the idiot designer that place that intake vent next to the top rated exhaust fan ??? The fan just blows out air that is sucked in from the vent *by* the the fan !!! This vent fully ruins appropriate ventilation. ----- Is the OUTPUT connector on the SATA dock SATA or USB ? I am guessing SATA, mainly because that's most affordable, but no a single has bothered to state this in the Facts tab section. Block off that leading vent ! Commonly, the only air intakes must come from the vents FURTHEST AWAY from the exhaust fans. For most cases these are the left panel vent and the front panel (hard drive) fan vent. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure this out. ----- The SATA dock is a fantastic concept, but most stand-alone docks are junk, both mechanically and interface-smart. Does ASUS assume it can beat these odds in such an affordable case ? Is this why this case is so affordable ?

Solid mid range tower. The craftsmanship is good, the docking function is good. Enough space for most stuff. The toolless card holder bracket could be a tiny smoother and I would like to have a 90 degree turned HDD cage. If you purchase with a mail in rebate in thoughts, just don't. Final provide was for a single day and I ordered it on that day 9 am on that morning. Nonetheless the invoice date was for the subsequent day. So they did not honor the rebate. If you call them they give you the runaround till you give up. I have been buying Thermaltake products for over ten years now such as enthusiast instances like the original Armor for more than 200$ and so on. Thermaltake, if you do not want to give rebates then don't, but do not lure in buyers with shady provides like that and then don't honor it. It's not about the funds since I would have bought this anyway, but what you do is undesirable business, and this was definitely the last time I bought a item from you.

I had possibly the easiest construct that I have ever had. Great cable management. I like that the powersupply is pulling fresh air from outdoors on the bottom of the case. The two.5" adapter came in handy for my very first SSD drive. I love the access to the back of the motherboard with the cut-out for the CPU. I can't tell you how many occasions I have had to remove the entire motherboard when replacing a cpu cooler The excellent of this case is somewhat low-cost feeling. It's no Antec 900. The dock on the major is not the same quality as my eSATA dockX, but it performs nicely enough and was good during my make. I will not be capable to use it when it is my desk for clearance causes. Not positive if the built-in mobo standoffs are the greatest idea, but I had no difficulties. The thermaltake emblem popped off ahead of I got it out of the box, but I just put a blank grill in it's place. I moved the rear exhaust to the leading as I installed the CORSAIR CWCH50-1 High Performance CPU Cooler. I had no clearance concerns that men and women are talking about with the GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD3R mobo. The air-flow appears great. It in fact tends to make my legs (when wearing shorts) kind of cold with all the air coming out of this thing. All-in-all a excellent case for the funds. You'll be tough pressed to beat the expense for all the characteristics you are obtaining.

This is a very nice case, the toolless drive bays operate as they really should and the case doesn't really feel flimsy or inexpensive. The 2.5 drive holder and converter came in handy. Directions could be a little bit a lot more clear as to how to get the HDD cage out. I under no circumstances had a case with HDD cage and took a few mintues to figure that i required to push it out. Screws don't fit my drives correcty. but i produced it work. Overall this is a nice case, I'll report back when i finish my new make.

A lot of room for expansion. Straightforward access to all locations in the case; including tough drives. Pro black interior & the front the case is excellent for a clean smooth look. Mesh is behind the front panel to filter your intake fan. Will hold 4 120mm fans & has a lot of interior space for air circulation. Immediately after installing the mobo, the 200mm fan would not fit b/w it and the case best. I don't know if others have had the exact same situation. Gigabyte TF720 A2+ for reference. Upgrading from a ten year old case....I'm stoked.

This situation is great for any person searching to show off the inside of their beast, although providing exceptional air flow for maximum cooling. The clear 200mm led fan on the top has insane power, and the 120mm on the back matches that, while both getting whisper quiet. Even though the front is grated, and the side is open, you can really feel the suction power from the fans from about an inch away from the front grating. The hot swap bay is also quite convenient. Nine docking ports, only eight are usable. Blue parts completed, needing to add some green, now!Thermaltake SpinQ Efficiency SeriesRosewill RP600V2-S-SLLOGISYS Laptop or computer CLK15BL

Decent situation for the funds; nice characteristics; excellent cooling; lots of external bays Specs say 8 external 5.25" bays but this is not correct. There are 6. three front five.25" openings but they have a three.five" bracket in the way so you could possibly install three five.25" panels (if they're shallow) but not 3 5.25" drives in those spaces. As far as I can tell, there is no way to eliminate the three.5" bracks that's in the way of the bottom 3 5.25" openings. I'll have to locate an additional case due to the fact I want at least 7 five.25" device bays. So I haven't really built my technique in this case. oh well, otherwise it looks like it would have been a great case.

Good airflow - gorgeous style. Straightforward, sleek, stealth seeking. Fantastic feature for the Drive Dock in the leading.Blacked out interior, and lots of space to hide cables. NOT A 200MM EXHAUST! the Box, the Web-internet site, everywhere says the leading fan is a 200mm fan. Was going with a red theme, so purchased item R4-LUS-07AR-GP. And it physically will not fit in the case. Its as well wide! Got out a ruler, and the stock fan is not 200mm. Its bigger than 140, but its not 200. Other than that, if the fan had been Red we would have kept it and would by no means have known. Also, why no intake fan included on the HDD Cage ? That ought to have came with it. Stock Blue fan in a Situation with Red Accents? And saying its 200mm when its not? Either CM item R4-LUS-07AR-GP is wrong or This product description is incorrect. Either way the parts didn't jive when they had been both the very same size. The Expansion Cards in the back, would have been far better if they had been removeable plates rather of punch-outs, but thats just me.Otherwise, Wonderful Product and I would get once again.

Really like this situation, strong, quiet, and cool temperatures. I tossed in two far more 120mm from my preceding situation and have no heat problems. 1 fan pushes the air across my tough drives while the rest pull air out of the situation. I sit next to this issue in my living room, and noise level is soft. I put my hands more than the exhaust fans the moment and a though, and it is as cool as ambient temperatures in the area even immediately after heavy function load. Collects the dust on the front a little bit additional than I would like, but that's what the brush on the vacuum is for. The hot swap sata drive characteristic works awesome on this case. I can pop a drive in, load it up, and pull it out all with out restarting the laptop. Knocks the socks off any USB external drive.

My program is at least 10c cooler than the original set-up. (Needless to say it was cramped.) Blue led fan quiet as a mouse. I'm spoiled now. I can no longer reside with out a top mounted hdd sata dock. Worth just about every penny I spent. My Antec 3 hundred pales in comparison As stated the top rated dock is useless for dvd drives but a card adapter fits the bill. Front panel kind of a pain to figure but all is well. (Learning curve) Sort of tight fit for the motherboard got it in no prob although. Get this if you are seeking for a external usb 2. hdd dock. Considerably, much faster! How it rates with a usb 3. unknown but I'll bet it's a close race. Acquire IT!!!
