Cons: Cost - $87.00 is out of most peoples comfort zone (For a wired mouse).
Pros: Feel, feel and feel. Very little hand fatigue as compared to a "regular" mouse.Hardware switchable to 2600 dpi. Great for gaming. |

Cons: Can sometimes accidently push the buttons as you grip the mouse to move it. Takes a little while to get used to.
Pros: Keeps your wrist at a more natural angle when holding the mouse. Works just as well as a regular mouse in terms of precision, button placement and ease of use. Comment:
This is basically a standard mouse turned on it's side. I find it most useful when switching between a regular mouse and this mouse whenever my hand gets sore from being in the same position for a while. Having your hand in the vertical position while mousing takes some getting used to. Its comfortable to grip and has the standard 2 mouse buttons, a "clicky" rubber mouse wheel usable as a 3rd mouse button, and back and forwards buttons. Note that the forwards button is actually at the bottom under your pinky finger. There is a large groove for your thumb to sit in and a small indent on the bottom for your pinky finger to prevent it from dragging on the mouse pad.Overall I highly recommend this to carpal tunnel suffers. Keep your regular mouse nearby though as this is best used in alternation with your standard mouse. This is the wired version although there is also a wireless version available now. |
I have been using this mouse for 14+ months. Yes there was a learning curve but I WILL NOT switch back now. Everyone who tries it either loves it or hates it. No one seems to be indifferent towards it. Button layout didn't suit me so I used XMOUSE to alter it. I have recommended this mouse to friends and bought it to be used as a system mouse on several systems that I have built.
