It's a good major monitor the controls are okay I've played with this for hours on two boxes with high powered 512 and 1gb video cards. The video, although sharp, does not have very good contrast. It has Also a lot brightness and can't be toned down no matter what contrast or brightness or preset settings I use. Blacks are NOT black in most areas, they are a dark blue. I should have gotten a terrible one. It can't be adjusted to be definitely sharp with black blacks. I'm not a spring chicken at this I've owned/used/given away 7 or 8 excellent flat screens. I really should have not jumped at this great price, this doesn't come close to comparing to the richness of an LG 23" HD monitor, I was replacing one particular with this and was going to give away the LG. From now on I'll stick with what I know is a excellent monitor. I'm RMA'ing this and acquiring a 27" LG. This monitor has difficulties with the contrast/brightness levels.

Huge screen, wonderful price, excellent picture. Has an external out for speakers/headset that is tough to get to. I have two of these monitor snad have been suing them for about two weeks. I was lucky to get two of these on the black friday sale, but even at 赧 a piece they are a steel. Vibrant, clear, crisp picture. Stand is not as flimsy as some men and women make it out ot be. I did find the preset to vibrant but was effortlessly tuned down and is wondeful to use.

Overall performance is good on games like C0D Black Ops, ME2, Fallout NV. Crisp photographs when playing HD films. No dead pixels on arrival. Has three input selections; HDMi, DVi and VGA. Speakers are behind the monitor so they are primarily useless. If you have your Pc sound setup by means of an A/V receiver then thats not a challenge.
