I do own alot of 2Tb and 1TB and they are perfect for storage. Using them also in RAID 1 for OS and DATA in my server. Works perfectly. |

The last thing I want is to lose a TB worth of data. So I bought this drive which is built for NAS and meant to be used very often. So I figured I'd pay a little bit extra to have my data more secure. In benchmarks, it seems to have performed better than other similar drives too. Overall, a very good product, especially if you wanna do RAID; even if you don't. |

Costs a little more than green or blue drives, but it has TLER so worth it for raid environments. Perfect item for that spot inbetween consumer and RE drives. |
