No cons.
Pros: Bought this on sale, good price for a 5400RPM/8MB. This was put into a Patriot Box Office. Comment:
Bought this to use as an internal HDD for the patriot box office. It does not come with any screws which is kind of disappointing. Fits flush in the PBO and doesn't over heat.Good deal m $60. |

Cons:
-A bit on the slow side-make clicking noises every now and then
Pros: +Quiet+Cheap+Runs cool+lots of space Comment:
Great HDD if you dont want the head/noise generated from a 7200 rpm drive. For the price I can't complain |

none yet.
Pros: tiny, runs cool, good access times. Comment:
Awesome purchase for $50 on sale. This drive is right at home in my new USB 2.0 portable leather-wrapped case, especially seeing as how it runs cooler than most. |

Cons:
4k sectors may be problematic, not viable as main boot drive
Pros: Capacity, power consumption, low heat, low vibration, no noise Comment:
Got this for sale at $50 and it's a very good deal. 640GB is about the max you can get from a 9.5mm tall drive. At less than 10c/gb this is a great deal. 5400RPM means it's quite slow so it won't well as a boot drive. |

Cons:
cant really think of any....
Pros: Low Heat, Very or no noise :) Comment:
I bought one of these on sale for $50. I connected it to my laptop, and it did not work. I went back to Ncix, and got a new one. The New one works like a charm. I would reccomed this hard Drive if you need a silent, and low heat Hard Drive.Great Deal for $50 |
I grabbed it a while back, and through all the normal abuse one can expect to be subjected to a laptop, I haven't had any bad sectors or hard failures. It has been a very solid drive, but since it serves principally as a storage drive for me, I can't say how it is in terms of speed.
