This PSU is great for the price and gets the job done. It made the wiring of my computer build much less of a headache than the generic one I took out of my 2 year old gateway.

Wouldn't dare to try a 125W CPU or SLI Crossfire but it stays cool, quiet, and efficient. Good deal

I put this in my new build and it was a pretty straight forward install.. It went into a Thermaltake V9 Black.. looks sweet, and even under load while gaming it never goes above 36C. in my case the cooling in the PSU is isolated from the rest of the case.. Air is drawn in from the bottom through a filter and expelled in the rear.. Rock on..

As others haven mentioned there are only 2 SATA connectors, and they are in the same cable so keep that in mind. I had to move my hard drive to another bay so I could access my CD DVD and drive otherwise this was a very easy install and well worth the money.

This PSU was a great buy for me was going to buy the ultra 550w but it just did not have the right connections needed only two sata connections and more Molex connections so I went with this one and I am glad I did may not have a lifetime warranty but it does the job well and has been for a few days solid now thanks for the really fast shipping

Bought and wasn't enough for anything. Either was dead form the start or not enough watts. Not enough sat connections either. I thought that the cables would snap because they wouldn't reach far enough. Make sure that you research how many watts you will need for your computer first.

Mine died after less than three hours. I didn't bother calling Apevia I just went with a 630-watt Xion from a local vendor. Maybe I am just one of the unlucky ones, but it was pretty aggravating. But when it was working it delivered plenty of power and was consistent. So, if it stays alive, it is a good power supply.

Turned on PC and the only way I could tell it was on was by the monitor... This one of the quietest PSU's I have ever bought... But aside from that nice quality, if you have more than 2 SATA's then its a pain but other than that its a good buy.

I got this today!. its great except for the fact that it only have 2 SATA. i needed two and the cord that separated the two of them were too short to connect to my rom and hdd. i was soo mad, i had to move my hdd up and my rom down one slot.

Installed really easy. Extremely quiet. The build is excellent as well as the black finish. Cables are in good quality with a nice black mesh cover thing. Only two SATAs (-1 for features), but enough for my simple rig. Running a 9800GT on this (it doesn't require a PCI-E power, but this PSU includes 1 anyways so it's pretty future proof for me!). Excellent buy! Great price!

Great for the price, fan slows down when it's not too hot and doesn't get too loud when it's been on all day.

I would have liked an additional SATA or more length to the one line that there was, but otherwise this was a good value on an upgrade to the power supply.

If you're seeking an inexpensive but powerful power supply unit, with adequate cooling capabilities, and enough 12 volt rails to keep a mid to lower end high end system powered through all of your intensive tasks (multi-tasking, gaming, business productivity), then this is really a very good choice. Pros: Standard size, large (and I might add SILENT) fan, nice black finish, solid construction, reliability, sleeved cables, and as many molex and SATA connectors as you could hope for on any power supply which actually reach where they're supposed to easily. Cons: Requires some creative cable management, but with a little fiddling, it's tolerable. Bottom line: For casual to occasional hardcore gaming and reliably powered work-stations, this is the power supply. Apevia makes great products. Highly recommended.

A very quiet PSU that holds up very well under a full load. Has all the connections a person could want. It's not bad to look at either. Had it connected in less than ten minutes. If the price comes down I'll consider another one.

Installed this PS about a month ago. So far it has been the best PS I have owned! Plenty of PATA and SATA connections and lots of cable lenth to go with. The black PS with the black cables is a plus and each cable is protected by mesh cable sleeves. Very sleek. Worth every penny.

Very nice. Lighter than I expected, and the components inside seem very compact. Fan is silent but moves a decent amount of air. 4-pin molex connectors have a push mechanism on their sides to help you remove them from tight fitting components. The wires are of good quality and the cable sleeving is rather nice. However, I had trouble putting the side of my case on because the cable connecting the sata plugs kept sticking straight out. No big deal though. Needs more SATA connectors. loved it!
