Cons: -No DD-WRT support-Wireless N flakey

Pros: -Good signal strength-Decent Price
Comment:
Decent router for the price. Good signal strength in B/G/N modes. Wireless N has good speeds, but was occasionally dropping out. Updating the firmware helped, but it still wasn't perfect. Since I don't need the speed (just the range), I flipped it to Wireless G, which seems to be working fine.Doesn't support DD-WRT. The firmware is just really bad.I do wonder why I didn't just go for a better Wireless G router. This review was modfied by poster @ 02-23-11 11:16 PM

Cons: Terrible, TERRIBLE firmwareHorribly unstableNeeds constant resetting

Pros: Nice designEasy setup
Comment:
I just need a router that works, a router that's decent, a router that's stable. Maybe throw in some functions that I would want to play with given the time. This router doesn't satisfy my requirements. The router started off fine. The set up was surprisingly easy, even though it automatically installs Network Magic (which I don't want/need). I continued using the router for awhile, until, for some strange reason, every time I wanted to connect a device, it simply wouldn't connect unless I reset the router. I searched for a the root of the problem, and in the end, decided on a firmware upgrade. That... both annoyingly and surprisingly made matters worse. The firmware is still on its terrible v1.05. In the end, I did a factory reset, completely resetting every setting on my router, setting everything up from scratch. So far, I've had to factory reset 3 times. If anyone else has a solution to having to reset the router ever time I needed to connect my phone on wifi, do enlighten me.Perhaps I have a defective model. Perhaps it's my not so good networking skills. I have found an annoying temporary workaround to a product I don't even think deserves one star. I give it 3 stars because I lost my receipt...

Cons: - GLOSSY PLASTIC! When you peel off the protection when you buy it it's the "most beautiful thing ever" but 1 houre later it gets all ugly if you put the light on it.- The section to forward port have very few entries possible. I wish I could have added much more.

Pros: - Very cheap, 34$ on sale!- Very sleek, no antena, black and the blue leds doesn't blind you.- Easy to understand interface with all the necessary features. No need to pay more for the other versions.- Doesn't get hot.
Comment:
Way better than my D-Link Dir-625 router I had since many years. It's colder, slimmer, looks better, cost less and give you as much features, it doesn't take forever when you reboot it to be connected again and so on.

Cons: I find it temper-mental. (rebooting it constantly to fix speeds)

Pros: Both wireless and Wired.Nice sleek design.
Comment:
I regret purchasing this item. If i was to do over again i would have spent more money on a better quality item. It does work for me in its basic elements, but i find it sluggish at times and i am constantly rebooting it as i loose my connection or my internet bogs down. I believe its a firmware issue. id recommend that if you are in the market for one of these to shop around and spend some extra money to get a good working router.I would check 2 /5 but i don't have an order ID for this item.Purchased this at a local electronics store on a whim when i need wireless net.

Cons: -entry level model

Pros: -very good price
Comment:
I was looking for a router for my sister and saw this on sale for 39.99, it's an excellent product for that price. I did not need to use the installation cd included, it was all plug and play (she is using win 7). It seems like a very basic router so I wouldn't pay full price but it is a great deal when its on sale. No complaints from her yet.

Cons: 128-bit Encryption instead of 256 (Took only a few hours to crack WPA), QoS seems to have problems storing entries

Pros: Faster and more stable network, worked right out of the box, smooth streaming to PS3 media server
Comment:
I didn't get a chance to use the installation DVD included, all points were mentioned from configurations and diagnostics done the old fashioned way. So unfortunately I can't comment too much on general usefulness.I would suggest a higher model, if you can part with the extra $30.

Cons: Did not work out of the box - had a few issues with recognizing the wireless N signal. Liked to freeze at random times.

Pros: Wireless N - actually works after working on the router
Comment:
Didn't work well out of the box - but after multiple firmware updates it seems to have stabled out. At least it's faster than G.

Cons: N mode only seen if encryption is turned off completely. With encryption it will only show as BG, so basically a waste of money/time.

Pros: Warning - Junk, do not buy.
Comment:
I bought this to upgrade my home wireless network to N capable - updated the firmware right out of the box then took 3-4 hours trying to get N mode to work - BG work fine. Looks like Linksys/Cisco has botched the most recent firmware. Spent an hour with thier tech support and was told I could not get an older copy of the firmware. Hopefully they will fix the firmware soon.

Cons: dont know

Pros: work 24h with no problem
Comment:
Work well, I was tired of the D-Link product, bought 3 different generation D-Link product and was always disappointed. The linksys have been on since I got it, there's always 1 to 3 computer logged on it and it works perfectly. I'm in an apartment and I don't have any problem even if there's 20 other router (not kidding 20).
