Got this to replace a Dlink that died on me but I am only using it as a wireless access point (I use a Mikrotik as my main router). Coming with DDwrt from the factory is a big bonus. The range on the 2.4 Ghz network is great but the 5 Ghz is not as good (which is to be expected). You can also set up virtual SSIDs and have multiple wireless networks if you want. I am happy with this unit and would buy it again. |

The N600 is a extremely reliable and highly customizable router from Buffalo that comes with the awesome DD-WRT firmware pre installed.It was a pain to set up, but once I got everything the way I like it things have been going smoothly. Never have to power cycle due to connection loss, can handle lots of concurrent connections without speed degradation or signal loss, however the antenna quality isn't the greatest. |

I've been using this router for almost 2 months and love it. I've purchased 2 others for client locations and the coverage is much better than the N300. I also find the load has dropped drastically. The N600 has a better processor so I no longer have this router causing a bottle neck with torrents or networks with over 20 concurrent users. |

We use these routers at work and I liked them enough to buy one for myself to use at home. It's a dual band router so you can have 2 networks running on 2 frequencies. It comes with DD-WRT firmware factory installed.Would recommend for users that want more than just a basic router. |
Buffalo DD-WRT are probably the best router i have in my life, 2 years ago i replace my old Linksys (Cisco) with the 300NH and never need to unplug the router (Linksys each month need to unplug because suddenly don't work anymore...)One functionality are great possible to boost wifi signal for more range !!! The 600 are the best for DD-WRT from Buffalo !!!I RECOMMAND this router !!!
