Great PSU, I have the x660 model as well. The quality of these PSU's are second to none. Highly recommend it.

Cons: Package is not sealCPU connector layout could be a bit clearerCheap cables lack Seasonic qualityManual is uninformative, and repeated in other languages

Pros: QuietVery nice packagingLong cable
Comment:
Quiet, work as advertised. The fan will spin when more power is being used. I am overwhelmed with joy when the CPU 8pin connector can reach all the way to top of the motherboard running through the back side of the case. This is the first power supply I bought recently that can do that. In my head, this power supply is a easy five stars rating. However, the first power supply didn't work good. System shut down for no reason. Luckily, the problem was a short in the power cable 10+18pin (power supply side) to 24pin (mainboard side). If anyone didn't know this would think the power supply defective. Send the power supply, without the accessories, the defective poor quality 24pin cable, to Seasonic. They test the power supply, find nothing wrong with the power supply and will not ship it back to you until you pay the full $31. You can order the 24pin cable for $8 + $15 shipping. The least Seasonic could have done is to offer me a free 24pin cable for my time as consolation.Fortunately, the problem was found within the 30 days. NCIX support was nice enough to cross ship a new power supply at no extra cost. I think twice before choosing a another Seasonic product in the future.

Cons: None

Pros: Quiet, Modular
Comment:
I bought this to use with the Silverstone FT-02 case. The orientation of the components were different from a regular case so that was worrying according to some reviews. Everything appears to be fine though, so that's great. There was a ticking sound at the beginning though and that was rather worrying... it could've something hitting the fan in that position but it's gone now

Cons: Price, but it is the top of the line.

Pros: packaging blew me away!Made good use out of the 2 pouches: heavy duty nylon and felt material!Oh yeah the PSU works great.Modular cables are wonderful
Comment:
PSU fan does not spin when system not under huge load - assuming it does when more power is drawn, so far the PSU hasn't generated much heat (room temp) while my comp sits at idle.Ideal for durability and silence. I had a deal on it so I was considered lucky for what I got it for.i7 2700kgtx 560ti factory OC16gb ram corsair vengenceasus p8z68-v pro gen3 mobo2 hhds

Cons: price

Pros: quietpowerfulmodular cable management
Comment:
It is easy to add cables when needed with the modular design.i did not stress the PSU near to his limit but it seems to have no problems of stability. it handles with ease a 2600K, z68 mobo, 16gb ram, 4 hdd, and a 460 GTX. Lots of power for upgrading

Cons: Pricy

Pros: Modular80+GoldSuper Quiet
Comment:
Bought this back in December when my 700w GameXstream went out with a bang (literally).Though it wasn't cheap, I must say I am satisfied with my purchase.Modular cables means a whole lot less clutter inside your case. The cables themselves are sleeved very nicely and come packaged in a nice pouch that is used to store all the unused cables in.The power supply itself is 80+Gold certified so you know it is at least 87%, 90%, 87% efficient at 25%, 50%, and 100% load, respectively. This means that not only does it not waste as much power as other PSU's, it also doesn't get as hot as all that wasted energy would normally get converted into heat. The cooling on this unit is very silent as well. It doesn't even kick in until a certain temperature so most of the time it's dead silent.Overall this is a great power supply. It's a little pricy but, if you shop around, you can definitely find it on sale for a lot less. In the end, you get what you pay for.
