Good value in a low-end case. While others thought the pic's here looked better than the case, I felt the opposite. decent looking case, but cheaply made. Note the drooping PS in the pic... that's cuz the back panel it's mounted to is so flimsy it doesn't really support the weight well. Not a problem... it's not going anywhere, just a sign of light gauge metal used. Could use more SATA power connectors than just the ONE, but adapters are available so the many Molex 4-pin can be used. Overall a VERY good deal price-wise and adequate for any low-end system.

Overall, decent case but not the best. It vents well so heat is not an issue but the case looks a lot better in the pictures than it does in real life. Also, since it is made from aluminum, it is kind of flimsy. There is plenty of room to expand in it though.

It has an open face front with no swinging door to get in the way. Hidden front panel connections and 3.5 bay. Big clear window. tasteful enough. Green fan, 450W PSU and only $60. The front bezel LED is a little bright, oh well. Over all, it has a lot of good features. I got this case about a year and a half ago. It's been great. The build was for my brother. when I retrieved it to update him to a new one. I discovered that he had obviously over used it and stuffed it in a hot corner by the couch and it was caked with dust and the PSU kept shutting off. It had shoeprints and a few dings from being kicked. Completely filthy. I took it home and cleaned it up and blew it out and it looks like new now. I resuscitated the 450W PSU with a can of air. It's been running fine since the rescue. Buy it you'll love it and It can take some punishment.

I bought this case last month and could not be happier. At first I was a little worried about ordering it as I have never used a case from this manufacturer for any of my builds. Well I'm glad I did and had no problems with installing my hardware. Case is fairly sturdy, all the LED's worked, front USB Audio ports worked great, and was happy with the way it looked. Cooling is decent, but make sure u buy 2 additional 120mm fans for the front and back, keeps everything nice and cool. I also recieved a 500 watt PSU instead of the advertised 450!! I usually chuck out the stock PSU's that come with cases, but this one has performed pretty well so far. I say buy this case, its well worth the money and its nice eye candy!

The case came with a slight ding in the corner which I hammered out with no problem. Did not want to waste time and money to send back. Directions were poor for a beginner like me. Had to go online to find my correct motherboard connections. The front audio connection at first did not work. Then it did. Now it doesn't. It must be my connections. All in all not bad for the price. Light is a little bright for my eyes but looks cool.

I knew ahead of time this case was cheap. But I was in a pinch to get my system started. Case, shipping & 450w psu for $60: it would work. It looks cool, which is about the only thing going for it. Extremely flimsy stamped steel production; Front USB ports installed upside down; wiring diagrams not existent; PSU very low quality. Despite its many flaws, its a great little case, 4x 5.25 bays, two of which has custom made CD-tray doors. If you don't mind the flimsy production, its a decent case for the price.

Power supply needs a fan to keep it cool. The wiring harness is a little short. Needs more SATA connections. The lights and fans in the case look really great.

I am a previous owner of the Black Pearl case, and sold that outfit to a friend when I went to a laptop.........was getting sick of the small laptop screen so decided to build another desktop and chose this case. besides the price I liked it cause of the green illumination you got when you turned it on. Also instead of the advertised 450 Watt PS I received a 500 Watt PS. Thanks also for the free shipping

Had to order the case two times because shipping mess up but finally got it. The case is inexpensive and you can tell in the quality. It works as described, looks nice but the metal used to build it is very thin and flimsy. It came with a better power supply than advertised.

only comes with 1 sata power connector. You would think there would be at least 2 sata power connections, 1 for dvd burner and 1 for hdd at the min., so you can load your os onto hdd. Otherwise, good case for the money.

Had for less than a year and the other day I smelled a buring smell. Pin pointed it to the power supply. When I pulled the power cable it was melted and the wires in the power supply came with it. When I pulled the PS out it was very poor quality. Case is awesome but invest in a new and better PS

The box is cheaply made, but it looks good and has plenty of room inside. I am having NO problems with this box, or it's power source. Everything works fine...

It is very thin metal which makes it light but will also bend if your not careful. With the psu and cpu fan, it is impossible to access the top drive bays from the inside so I have to figure out how to take the front off change the cdrom drive. Honest truth is that this is going to end up as a birthday present for my 10 year old so it looks cool and he'll love it hence the 5 for features, but if you're serious about tinkering around inside your system, look for something else.

Nice looking case, particularly when lit up. Power supply weak; replaced with a 750 watt. Quality is good; it's a light case, but seems sturdy. Had some problems making the front audio connections work.

I bought this case and power supply to put together a DIY PC. The case was OK but kinda flimsy, not very solid. Looks nice when lit up but not to great on the cooling department. With SLI GT9800's installed it heats up considerably, adding a front intake fan should help. The power supply was useless for the dual video card application and had to be replaced. It should be okay for a very basic system, though.
