Cons: price, its cheaper if you live in asia. if your not a big fan of yellow.

Pros: great for overclocking, looks , solid build
Comment:
i though the yellow theme will look awful on my system. until i unboxed it personally, honestly it look far more better in person than the 1080p youtube videos. i used to have the msi mpower but bios died after 10 days, i wanted to try different brand than asus. my msi OC is max at 4.5 and auto 4.2ghz. with the same part except the mobo the result are 4.6ghz and 4.8 by just using auto profile with asrock oc formula. so far been using it for like 2 weeks. so far so good. havent had time to play manual OC.

Cons: none yet

Pros: -10 sata ports-vr water block with 40mm fan-lots of voltage control-lots of temp sensors-download and upgrade bios with in the bios itself-extra auxiliary power for PCI-E and CPU-PCI-E on/off switches-sharp looking bios with tons of control-cheaper then the Asus maximus V
Comment:
I went from the Asrock Z68 Gen 3 Extreme 7 to this. Reassembled my rig, jumped into the bios, downloaded and updated the bios without having to enter an OS. Punched in some of my usual settings. And worked without a single issue. With the previous mobo, I was getting cold boot hangs with PLL overvoltage enabled and I was limited to 4.5ghz OC on a 2700k. I am now able to reach 4.9ghz at the same voltage, with PLL overvoltage enabled (no cold boot bug), and lower temps due to the active/water cooler for the vrm's and CPU mosfets area. There's a lot more voltage control on this one also. Some of it is probably not necessary, but it's there for sub-zero OC'ing. On that note, there's an LN2 mode for anyone interested and consolidated voltage read points and onboard bclock and multiplier buttons. There's also a crap load of temp sensors on this.I haven't tried the signature OC profiles yet, but I'm sure they are better then the factory OC profiles on other Z77 variants. I highly recommend this board to anyone looking for something solid with all the bells and whistles you need to max your OC. Good job Asrock.
