Cons: Nothing special to look at

Pros: Does exactly what it says on the tin
Comment:
Great fan if you care more about either noise or CFM, and the "silencing" addition can be used on any other 2/3 pin fan. Only drawback is that it looks rather ordinary, should you even care about that.

Cons: slowest speed is not completely silent, however still provides decent airflow, so not a major weakness

Pros: can be manually set for either high airflow operation or fairly quiet operation (with the resistor)
Comment:
You might want a fan mate for one of these if you want to adjust the speed easily or in increments, since doesn't have the 4th pin for PWM temperature control from the mobo.Comes with awesome rubber grommets to mimimize vibration noise. This is a great low cost fan. Any fans that are quieter move less air. Note: 120mm fans move more air for the same noise as a smaller fan...

Cons: Would prefer regular screws and rubber washers for dampening over the noiseless connectors they use.

Pros: Good balance of airflow and noise
Comment:
The noiseless connectors work fine, but are a bit of a pain to install in tight spaces. It can be done though. They also feel like they would have limited re-usability; they seem like they'll eventually break from stretching too many times.Overall nothing wrong with the kit. Works as expected.

Cons: Noisy at full speed.Included RPM reducers get very hot!

Pros: Well made.Quiet when undervolted.Moves a descent amount of air for a 92mm fan.
Comment:
I bought this fan for the side panel of a Thernmaltake Tsunami Dream case because the original fan died. I have never bought Zalman fans before but they seems to have a good reputation so I thought I'd give them a try. The fan itself works great. Very quiet at 7v and no unusual noises from the motor. It moves a descent amount of air even pulling through a fan filter. I'm taking one star off though because the included noise reducer(basically a resistor) gave me trouble. I noticed it got very hot after installing the fan and powering it on but just passed it off as normal. A while later the rig started locking up at random times. I knew it was something to do with the fans since this never happened before. After pulling everything back out, I noticed the noise adapters had a tiny bit of exposed bare wire at the resistor. Maybe this was causing a short on my case? Not sure but I didn't feel comfortable leaving them in there so I removed them and simply did the 7v mod on the molex powering the fans. Everythings been fine since.

Cons: none

Pros: quiet, comes with silicone grommets and speed adapter.
Comment:
this fan seems pretty decent, came with silicone fan grommets to reduce vibration on comp case. pretty decent quality, cant hear it at all, very quiet.

Cons: Better options if not using the noiseless adapter

Pros: Cheap (sale or pm)Very quietGood quality
Comment:
Using the included adapter this fan is very silent, without it is still pretty silent as well but there are other fans that will outperform it at the same or even less noise level. Still, a great quality fan for low noise.
