Harder to apply than MX3

I use this on my desktop's q6600 c 3.6GHz paired with a Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme and on my MSI GX640 laptop. On my PC I get 35*C idle and 50*C load. Compared to 60*C idle and 80*C load. (Coming from MX3)On my laptop I get 60*C idle and 74*C load. Compared to 80*C idle and 100*C load. (Terrible stock compound)I would definitely recommend this compound over anything in a heartbeat. |

Cons: resealable packaging does not seal well

This thermal paste kept my 100% load temperatures on both my gpu and cpu under control. (80 degree and 60 degree spikes respectively, now stays below 50 degrees under 100% load)The re-sealer is garbage though, I wouldn't buy this unless you plan on at least 6 thin applications or 4 thick ones. |
