Cons: not the best video card for gaming.

Pros: so far so good, got it while it was on sale. for the price it does it's work and with the rebate it's $40+tax
Comment:
if u want to spend as little as possible for gaming, this is a nice card to get. if you don't want to game maybe the gts 240 would be better for u.

Cons: Fan is very noisyRuns hot

Pros: Great value when on saleCan play newer gamesGreat warranty
Comment:
This card is a great deal when on sale as it is this week at $39.99 with rebate. It can play new games on medium settings and usually stays around 60C at idle and got up to 75C under some load. This is in a well-ventilated case where everything else is cold so I might install another fan to blow cold air directly on to the card. It does come with an extended warranty(either 5 years or lifetime not too sure on website description) so I'm not going to mod the card itself. The card is loud when under stress.

Cons: card comes underclocked, not the best cooler

Pros: super low cost now, doesn't run too hot, great for folding, quiet
Comment:
So I've had this card for about a month and I'm pretty pleased got it for $40 with MIR. It does come underclocked from normal gts 250 clocks but it will overclock to regular settings and more with afterburner or similar program. One con I have for it is that if you have a case with very limited cooling(aka a stock HP, dell, acer) this may not be the best card since it will throw heat back into the case and only about half goes out the back vents. Other than that I use it for 24/7 folding and it's great gets about 6000 points a day. Very satisfied would have gotten another if my host computer had more than 1 pci-e slot.

Cons: Thermal controller likes to rev up fan to max when initiating 3D, fan is very loud at this point. It then slows down to decent level.Overall, cooling doesn't appear to be a good as my couple year old reference design BFG GTS 250.

Pros: The GTS 250 is still a decent performer in todays games. Great for kids upgrade. AT $49.99 after MIR, I could bring myself paying more, computers WinXP so no real point.
Comment:
For the price this is a good buy and will be getting the kids a decent upgrade from an HD4650.

Cons: No DX11Can't play most recent games on high settings

Pros: PriceClockable (Core)
Comment:
Got this on sale back in October for $40, awesome deal on a card that may soon stop on production and you can SLI for cheap to get more power out of them.Mine came with a bad fan though, it's making a lot of noise when running games. Might have to unseat it and grease it to see if that fixes the issue. Other then that I've been satisfied with the card so far.

Cons: No directx 11 support

Pros: Great price! reasonably quiet, low power use, plays most games
Comment:
For $40 on sale I can't complain, better than on board video and now my brother in law can play most games, allthough not at highest settings. software it came with is nice and card is quiet when not gaming. Great addition to a cheap build which allows for some gaming and handles movie playback just fine.Very happy with purchase, Would buy again.

Cons: power usage is 150 watt

Pros: Good price, good product
Comment:
You can't expect more for this super low price. The product is going to be out of the market soon. It's a good time to buy it especially if you want to have two of the cards to build SLI.

Cons: Looks and feels a bit cheap.

Pros: Inexpensive. Great performance per dollar
Comment:
The description is still incorrect. The RAM on this card is 2.0 GHz, not 2.2. One other thing to note is that GPU-z shows that it has a 65nm, not 55nm core. This has nothing to do with the description, but I thought people interested might like to know. That being said, the price is ridiculously low, especially after rebate. I already have a 8800GT and a 9800GT in other systems, and they are more than enough for anything I need right now, and this card will be slightly faster.
