I posted back in October that the actual video card gets 4 eggs. The end. Sapphire utilizes a business referred to as ALTHON to course of action rebates. You all know the rebate course of action and this business is the worst. As extended as Sapphire continues to do enterprise with ALTHON - I will not purchase one more Sapphire product. We reside in a digital - immediate age. When will these businesses realize that mail in rebates are so yesterday??? The rebate I'm expecting and most probably will in no way see is only ฟ,,,,not worth my time and work. So long Sapphire.

*Core overclocks to 778MHz easily by way of CCC and runs pretty cool most of the time.*DDR2 memory overclocks from 800MHz to 1010MHz.*Fan keeps card cool.*Native HDMI tends to make it uncomplicated to hook up to HD TVs.*When I got it, it came with a free HDMI cable.ƫ.1 channel HD audio is way better than mobo's.*One of the finest cards at this value point/CHEAP.*Very low-energy gpu-only 48W*Like other ATI gpus, it throttles down when not substantially graphical strength is needed, maintaining it cool and making use of significantly less energy. *Fan can get a small loud at higher RPMs, but keeps card cool.*This model only has DDR2, Sapphire makes 4650 with 512MB DDR3.*Only supports up to AAx8 Hey Tony, if you haven't however bought it, yes this card functions on PCI-e 1.1. All PCI-e two. cards will function on PCI-e 1.1, it is just the amount of bandwidth that the 2. or 1.1 slot supports. In other words it will run on either slot, but it may well be a small slower on 1.1 due to the fact of the slots bandwidth limitation.Greater than I was expecting all around. Certainly great card in this value variety. If you have further บ-ฟ, go ahead and get the 4670. If you can uncover the Sapphire 4670 with GDDR4 for a affordable price, get it.I adore Sapphire cards.

Economical and would be decent card when it performs... I bought this card back in March of 2010. At very first I was impressed with it functionality. I do not play much of graphic intensive games, so for regular use it was great. Occasionally my Windows 7 Ultimate method would crush with dump pointing to atiumdag.dll or some other ATI driver. Sometimes I would get a message stating that the graphic adapter had stopped responding and was restarted. The only more or much less graphic intensive game Civilization V was crushing all the time.In January 2011 I have bough the very same card hoping that it is just the initial 1 that was defective. I was obtaining precisely the exact same difficulties with the second 1. Luckily, I am nevertheless within NewEgg warranty period and can return it back to NewEgg. With the very first card, Sapphire refuses to accept the card though it is under two-years warranty, asking that I return it to NewEgg. However, NewEgg refuses to accept the return mainly because the card was bought 11 month ago. So, I am type of stuck with the poor card.

Price possibly, works Not as pictured - See Thoughts Bought this card based on the gpu heatsink. Upon receiving the card, it no longer has the displayed heatsink, but rather some ugly flat black low grade heatsink which no longer has the shrowd that blows the air more than the whole surface of the heatsink. Very disappointed in the alter.

I bought with two items in mind, 1 was not spending to much cash and the other was to get one thing to play some of the games i was attemting to play. As quickly as i installed it into my comp it worked jus as i exspected. no lag or blurry images. For the money and to play virtually any game this is a great obtain. Not seriously any cons, there was a flight simulater i was trying to get the most out of and following the install it seemed to play it way superior than prior to. sorta laggy at occasions BUT, microsoft sim 2010 is a large game with alot of detail. But every thing else i played worked wonderful.

Qutstanding efficiency at any price! I don't appear at frame prices and bench since this is son's Computer I built. He mostly waste his time on Myspace but when he does play COD4, Crysis or any other games I watch this cards soak it up and spit it out. It does every little thing my 4870 does which I'm upgrading to a 5850. None, I would buy it once again.

Bought 2 cards one nevertheless functions. I have a single card that failed and was not overclocked or gamed tough. Cooling inadequate for longer operation time. Newegg warranty is not what it utilised to be. Saphire warranty is poor and they are difficult to deal with. I feel Saphire top quality is not what it applied to be. I have installed and owned over fifty of their cards, but I now no longer trust their brand and quality like I applied to. Buy a superior constructed card with far better cooling as Newegg only offers 30 day warranty and mt a single card failed and began running hot causing laptop shut down right after ninety days.

For, starters, I bought this card bundled with a free of charge Rosewill HDMI cable; so that adds much more worth to this deal. Now, I have the core overclocked to 675MHz steady and cool (got it up to 700MHz and it stayed fairly cool and steady, but just to be safe, I backed down to 675 to preserve it a little cooler in the course of the extended gaming sessions) and memory I bumped up to 500MHz (effectively operating at 1000MHz) from 400MHz stock. Will probably push it larger, although I do like to play it safe.I construct low-power computers and this delivers low power consumption with decent performance and good scalability. Fan can be a tiny loud at higher RPM, but not really that considerably of a con due to the fact it keeps the gpu quite cool. I significantly enjoy the ATI Catalyst Manage Center and its plethora of alternatives including the ease of access of overclocking supplied by Overdrive. Also, I am an AMD and ATI user. No Intel unless a client specifically requests it and no nVidia unless they want SLi or a GTX.

What can I say... It's an amazing card for the price. Runs GTA IV with 80 frames on low and res at 1440x900. It was a good upgrade from my onboard ATi HD Radeon 4200. Non. Performs good.. If your on a low spending budget buy this card.

Card operates wonderful and the fan is extremely silent. I can barely hear it if I lean close to the case. None so far I had the HIS version of this card (the 512 MB version that is currently the most reviewed 4650 in Newegg) and the fan had challenges just about from day 1. I put up with it as it would come and go but ultimately the card just kept overheating and causing my computer to basically shut down. Other than this the card was fantastic and so I decided to get one again but this time made certain I got one that there had been no testimonials of a terrible fan. You can tell right away upon opening the package that the fan on the Sapphire model is considerably additional robust than the a single on the HIS model. I'll be buying Sapphire merchandise from now on if this holds up as nicely as I feel it will.I play Lord of the Rings on-line mostly and can play on Ultra High settings with DX10 and the game looks and plays beautifully. Not poor for a ็ video card.

This is an exceptional video card for the price with potential to upgrade. No matter whether you code, game, check emails, or whatever, this would be the buy if 贄+ is not within your budget. Also, if you need to have far more, you can usually bridge two of these working with Crossfire fro 2GB of video throughput. Nevertheless, the cost would be much less than a high-end card. I'm satisfied. None For 1GB, low profile, and crossfire prepared, give it a try!

Near best option for home theatre computer. The image good quality is amazing, with no stuttering or other concerns with higher definition playback. Has integrated HDMI out, and doesn't require extra power beyond the PCI express slot. Runs very quietly with the fan provided. Very best of all the cost is extremely affordable None that I can feel of.

I'm operating a Asrock 4core board with a Pentium four two.66 and 2gigs 800 DDR2 Ram. I've overclocked it employing Catalyst to 625 MHZ CPU and near the max PCIE limit of 500 Mhz.The card does suffer from bottlenecking due to a Pentium four processor. An upgrade to a much better a CPU will fix that since my board supports dual and quad cores from 2005-7. Temps are at 51 C for the card. None other then bottlenecks. There's only one card to upgrade from right here and that's a Sapphire 4670. Any larger and I'll tax the 4x mode slot with bottlenecks.

This turned out to be a Great HTPC card. Runs Blu-Ray's flawlessly even though it runs really quiet and cool. No added power needed. The finest of all is the truth that it has Built-in HDMI with 7.1 surround sound help! Good quaility audio that runs thru the HDMI port. This was the feature that sealed the deal for me! Nothing at all as of but, but will update if needed. Great card for the ์! Also came with a no cost six' HDMI cable.

Fan is somewhat loud.Windows 7 recognizes it as 2.5GB below dxdiag, even though it's 1GB I recommend you get the most recent CCC drivers from the ATI site, the UI on the new 1 is a lot greater then the one included on the CD. Was an effortless plug and play, Windows 7 picked up the drivers ideal away, the cd wasn't necessary. Fit into my laptop or computer with a lot of room left to upgrade far more. Can't believe of any, works precisely as I believed it would. This is my initially obtain from Newegg, and my first graphics card obtain, and it was the ideal decision for the value. Doesn't will need substantially power either. And it can take any game that I have thrown at it (Call of Duty 4, Halo 2 Vista, Trackmania United Forever, Oblivion) with ease.

The card performs nicely for the cost. Each single Sapphire video card I have tried to get a rebate on has been a painful experience. Sending and re-sending documents -- and they enjoy to deny claims. And fantastic luck attempting to come across a US assistance quantity for the corporation. Due to this poor assistance level, this will be the final sapphire item that I buy. I will advise against purchasing them to my consumers as well

*Overclocked and performed rather well for the value I paid*Ran fairly cool the entire time the fan was on (I advise just setting the fan to 70% on most cards) ...didn't final forever overclocked and couldn't handle becoming through TWO blown PSUs (had to replace cpu and mobo immediately after first 1)please see other thoughts I ran this thing overclocked at 750MHz core and 490MHz memory for nearly a year on stock heatsink and fan (which was the shrouded one with the image of the warrior on it) and it performed admirably. Only after did I notice the temp reach above 70*C and that was ideal ahead of the 1st PSU blew and the fan on the card didn't start and I failed to discover. Correct before the 2nd blown PSU, the card started exhibiting artifacts and errors and the fan began whining. Friend tested it for me and it is no longer functional; it will post but there are numerous artifacts.PSUs blew since of electrical situation at apartment (a Really short brown out followed promptly by a surge, glitching my old surge protector). Didn't know what occurred first time, but the second time I was playing AoC. Now on a shoestring price range to get new PSU, a UPS, and yet another GPU.
