This cable works exactly how they say it does: plug one end into the computer's SATA input and the other end into an e-SATA input. Length is good enough for what your most likely going to use it for. I highly recommend you buy this if you need to connect few devices that utilize e-SATA. This is a much more resourceful alternative than buying a PCI e-SATA card. |

Added 2 to my tower, with Cables To Go 3-Foot Serial-ATA To external-Serial-ATA II Cables plugged in to the e-sata on the outside rear of the mother board. ( all 6 sata on the board already in use ) now I have 2 more WD Caviar Green 750GB 16MB/SATA-3G hard drives ready for to go. Full speed ahead!! |

This cable works awesome! I had a PCI SATA bracket that was connect to my mobo. I then used the cable to connect the SATA port from the Card to the eSATA port on my 500gb Free Agent pro which also works great. To transfer a 2Gb file in 30 seconds is insane! Buy This! |
