Cons: NCIX sent me an opened box on this product. No negative reflection on the product itself, but I wasn't too impressed.

Pros: Very good video qualityBoth USB and AC charging capabilitesSD card slot for cheap memory expansion

Comment:
If you judge this cam on its merits as a pocket video camera, and don't try to compare it to more expensive and larger camcorders, this is a fantastic product. I read up on this product and was pleasantly surprised in the two areas that are a challenge for all pocket cams... low light operation and too much movement(jitters). Very pleased with the quality of the video when I use a little common sense in shooting it. Firmware updates have totally fixed an earlier audio glitch that may appear in some earlier reviews.
