i bought this player as my first mp3.. and it hasn't disappointed me. it has decent battery life, excellent sound quality. the touch screen is really awesome and also its quite an experience to view pics and videos. haven't tried a bluetooth headset, but i'm sure it'd work just as fine as the player |

Excellent player with many features and for the price you can't go wrong. My only issue is that the screen is not visible at all when your in sunlight. Must be because of the AMOLED screen. Too bad, otherwise it would have received 5 stars with everything. Still a good buy, I would recommend it to anyone who would use it indoors, like in a gym. The bluetooth makes it easy to wear a wireless headset while you work out. I use the Altec Lansing Blackbeat headset |

The big display is what I wanted. The bonus is that the screen is touch sensitive, there is a scroll cylinder as well as a simple 'back' button. Navigation is pretty easy once you have gone through it a few times. Sound is very nice, ear buds are so good that my boy has once again 'borrowed' them. Geat for the cost! |

This device works great! I bought it specifically to record fm broadcasts, which is easy to do and lets you choose recording quality medium-128kb,all the other features work well and are easy to use. For the price this little multi-media player is a steal! |

i bought 2 of these, both are working so well, my 10 year old uses this with his netbook, he hooked it up and needed no software to load songs, mine worked with my acer all in 1 touch screen without issue, there is only 2 cons to these no micro sd slot and the software comes on a mini cd, which i had to make an image of and copy to a large disk so my slot load cd player could use it, other than that you cant go wrong its just wonderful, the touch screen is brilliant, bright and very easy to use the wheel is a very good aspect it conserves the ware and tear of the touch screen and makes it last much longer, look out ipod here is your competition, with its long battery life and ease of use great looking video and awesome sound you wont make a mistake buying this one 100% recommended i will be buying 4 more of these to use as gifts, just 1 word of caution check to see if there are any files on the player before handing to a child, other than that buy 1 today |

I bought one for my dad for Christmas and the 8gig for myself. They both work great and are easy to use. If you don't read and follow the directions you might end up having some issues like someone else reviewing had. I fell down a hill while GTing (sledding) and my spinn still works fine - except for the smashed screen - touch doesnt work anymore. As long as you don't smash it under 240lbs of bodyweight this thing works great. (-- still players music and videos just fine, only thing is i cant take it off shuffle:o) |

I bought this so I could connect an MP3 player to my Oakley Thumps, and they do just that. Make sure to change the shut off settings, so if paused for an extended period of time, won't turn off on you. I have loads of music, but haven't really played around with the video. (sample video looks great though) I have never had an IPOD or a Zune, and never want to pay that much money for one. Especially when you have to buy music online for those systems. This is a great alternative that you can put whatever you want on it, just get a decent case so it lasts. |

The Spinn works fine, but the bundled software (iRiver 3) refuses to recognize the device and the manufacturer's support is completely nonexistent. All I wanted is an mp3 player that can occasionally display a photo - and that's all I got. |

this was a gift for my son for xmas and he has really enjoyed it. It has a great picture and sound. Although the software wont work on our pc but it did work on the laptop. |

Researched all reviews on the iriver SPINN 4GB - Purchased one today from here- excellent sales rep assistance from Dave - great price - excellent features - only ONE little detail that everyone has omitted: This product is not compatible for Mac users - unless I find a solution to correct this glitch, I'm afraid this great player is going back! |

Just bought one during this boxing week, and I can hardly tear myself away from it. For me 3.3 Screen is big enough for reading ebooks so that I don't actually need a ebook reader. The sound effects are excellent. For the video format converting software I would recommend Any Video Converter as opposed to the one in the package. And the touch screen makes lots of flash games possible to play. Would have been perfect if it had a separated charger rather than just a USB cable to laptops. |

I bought two of these units as gifts. My teenage daughter had hers sitting up and doing tricks in short order. I loaded the second player with video clips and music as a gift for my brother. Perceived quality is excellent, with the exception of the rather flimsy feeling spinner. My daughter says the earphones provide acceptable, but not great sound. Touchscreen selections require a firm tap, but no problems there. The screen is small with good resolution for its size. Software and manual are good, and the included video format converter is easy to use and effective. shipped promptly, as usual. All in all, a two thumbs up purchase. |

This is a real competitor to iPod or Creative Zen. From sound quality, screen, to design, ergonomics, interface, etc. I should buy it earlier than now. I don't have any complaints. The only thing is the long term test, and a very minor drawback, it's not standard miniusb on the player side, if your cable get lost or damaged, you need to buy another. regular usb cable won't fit. But who cares, this price with such high quality, worths it, so I would highly recommend to buy it. Plus buy it from here at Tigerdicect, you get the both side of the world, price and service. they are wonderful, and reputable sellers, even for years... |

I just got my Spinn the other day and have yet to install the disc it came with because it's a mini-disc and I can't use it on my computer. Despite this, I can still put files on it with no problem. It doesn't recognize my music under Music, but I can play it through the File menu. I imagine once I can install the stuff it came with, it shouldn't be a problem anymore. Also, after downloading the video converter from iRiver's site, I put several video files on it and watched them with no trouble. Plus, the battery barely went down after over an hour and a half of video and another hour of music. I'm loving it so far.
