Been using these cables for a month now. The picture quality is excellent. First couple of days it took my computer a little while to find the cables, and my monitor didn't pick up the signal. But now it comes on quite fast. |

This is one heavy duty cable. I was really suprised how thick it was. I highly recommend this to anyone that needs a true high quality cable. |

I didn't realize that I wouldn't need such a high quality cable until after hooking it up and comparing performance. Works great for Blu-Ray, and you could play multiple streams, and dvds along-side and everything runs fine (I have an ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT on an Intel Core 2 Quad @ 2.4 GHz, with 4 GB DDR2 SDRAM @ 800 MHz, and Vista Basic on one partition, XP Home Edition on another, and Windows 7 Beta on another). |

What do you expect for a male/male DVI-D cable? It does what it is supposed to do. :) Works #1 with my Viewsonic Optiquest Q241wb 24'' monitor. Great buy. |

No lies on being shielded. It is thick but works fine with the Ergotron LX Desktop LCD stand. This cable is very hardy and is quality. I have not looked back since I have spent money on our business for DVI, LCDs, and desktop stands. This great combination is what you need to protect your employees eyes and wellbeing. So when you purchase a setup such as that, a quality cable is needed. This one as well as the 6 foot one is perfect according to your needs. |

Good price, don't get sucked into the hype for buying overpriced cables. I'm running a GeForce 7600 GS (AGP) into an older NEC LCD1860NX. The difference between a VGA cable and a DVI cable is pronounced in this set-up. |

This cable works perfectly out of the box. But I was lucky, most people (such as myself) aren't aware of the differences between DVI-A, DVI-I, and DVI-D. Make sure you do a little research to determine what sort of connections you have on your LCD monitor (or HDTV which is what I use this cable for) and your video card. If the connections aren't the same, it could render the DVI link between the two useless. However this is easy to fix with a video card upgrade. Also note that any difficulties experienced with getting your monitor and pc to sync might be resolved through a new driver download for your video card available from your video card manufacturor. |
It has that old quality feel that most cables do not. I anticipate having this thing for a loooooong time. Great price for such a quality item.
