THe notion of interchangable feet, a magnetic cord attachment, the position of the forward and backward thumb buttons, and the capability to record macros are all good. But the potential of this mouse to accurately track is simply non-existent. There are occasions exactly where this mouse just doesn't react to my movements. It's typically just for a fraction of a second or so, but it's painfully clear in a wide range of games. I don't know if I ought to blame the Bluetrack for this or the Wireless nature of the mouse, but either way it's insanely frustrating. From time to time I will move the mouse slightly to click on a button or a thing and it will move, then studder a bit as I stop it from moving. There are also problems with the mouse buttons themselves. You can truly press the button and hear the 'click' sound as the button is pressed down, but the mouse will not register that the button has been pressed, and as you release the button you once more hear the 'click' sound that all mice make. In other words, from time to time the buttons just don't respond. The two principal functions of this item (moving a curser, and clicking) are it's two weakest points by far. If you are taking into consideration a mouse, then buy a Logitech. Any Logitech. This mouse is one to be fully avoided, and I will almost certainly just return it to Newegg. I've Lookec about on the online it appears to be a pretty recognized dilemma, now I just charge my batteries on a battery devoted charger and switch out batteries on my mouse when I want to because the magnetic charger no longer charges my battery in the mouse itself. All round it is a great strong mouse that's built to last despite the concern with the charger which I think was an afterthought least researched component of the mouse package from Microsoft. |

wonderful driver the macro has so a lot of customization and the precision booster is good. lots of buttons in a great location and the dpi button switch are effortless to use. wireless and excellent tracking technology to me. can't switch amongst dpi like 3500 got to use what is already put for the numbers you can switch to. mouse is very massive and mouse wheel is annoying from time to time ex. i press middle click it also presses the horizontal ones. |

nice amount of programmable buttonsGot it on sale for ์ 4000dpi (although I dont need it that high to game)the 3 button cycle of dpi changer (you can transform the values of these in the settings)wireless appears to work fine (no functionality lost) (Im working with the Mouse for a laptop)The dangle/ receiver for the mouse is really the cable management point that also comes with the different forms of feet for the mouse. I hoped it would be a smaller dangle that can be detached from the charger. Now there is no purpose in getting wireless if i cant actually use the mouse to take with my laptop simply because you have to carry around the huge receiver and thats not cool. Mouse failed to track correctly. Acted like it was recieving some kind of interference, the mouse pointer would jump all more than the screen when the mouse was not even getting moved!. Attached the cord which has a slick magnetic connector and the dilemma nonetheless existed. Tried reloading the drivers and switching USB ports to no avail. Also tried an additional wireless mouse which worked properly so I suspect the mouse was the difficulty. Packaged it all back up and sent it back to newegg, reordered a wired Logitech MX-518 rather which works completely. As a Planet of Warcraft junkie I was disappointed entirely with this mouse and its performance. I'll not purchase another piece of hardware produced by Microsoft, they require to stick with software.
