Cons: Recovery CD is not included in box. Need to create your own. Cost conscience customer should create it asap. Lenovo support is likely to be the best when u just purchase your laptop, as they do not want u to return it.

Keyboard takes time to get used to (right shift key - too small), if typing speed is important to u. I have small hand so I can get used to it faster. Num Pad is good to have.Ex warranty can be purchased from Lenovo directly within 90 days, even u purchased it (new/refurbished/open box) from a retail store. Mine was pre installed with McAfee anti virus(trail version) without my knowledge. Fortunately, the uninstall process (done by myself, a novice) was okay.
