Cons: UPS courier service could have been better. Fortunately, UPS office is not too far from home.

I purchased my Lenovo from a retail store. Upon my request for the recovery CD set due to a good reason, Lenovo mailed me the CD "free of charge". I could have returned my laptop at the begining, but because I received the CD, & have the peace of mind of having the backup, and not have to pay for the CD in the future when I need it. I kept my laptop, and it has been fine for the past 11 months. I have not used the recovery CD, as my laptop has been working great. Mine is only from the same brand, Lenovo, not the same model.
