With the exception of a couple of the high priced Japanese media, TDK media is hands down one of the best out there. I have tried them all and after burning hundreds of TDK's with almost no coasters, I can tell you I won't use anything less. |

They are GREAT!! I have used them to make copies of everyone of my collection and you can't tell the difference between the original or the backup. So if you want to keep the quality of your DVD's this is the product for you. |

OUTSTANDING! I had been using Maxell and Khypermedia 8x DVD-R's and felt that the end result of my old VHS movies transfered to DVD were fantastic. I have always used TDK media when available so I jumped at getting these. Not wanting to run into any possible problems by using the full 16x capability of the disks, I still burn at 8x. An average length movie takes no longer than 17 minutes to transcode and burn so I am perfectly happy at this speed. After burning my first movie on one of these and then playing it on my DVD player, I was blown out of my chair. The movie was totally clear and looked better than the original VHS tape. I have done 6 more since and every one has come out the same way. These are the only DVD-R's that I will be using from now on. |
