As the only person to answer phones for a small business, this product equals my freedom. It has great reception and range. Even in a warehouse full of steel I don't get any interference. The remote lifter allows me to get shipping done in the plant without running in to answer the phone every 5 minutes. I looked this up on the manufacturer's website and they wanted $70 more for the exact same product.

I purchased this CS55/HL10 with the Headset Lifter for my office. It has great range and clarity. My office building is over 30,000 sq feet and I get reception throughout the building and parking lot without fail. I have purchased Plantronics products in the past and been pleased with them. This is no exception to the rule. It was well worth the money. This site gave excellent service and follow-up although I had no issues. I do wish that Plantronics would come out with a caller id version of this digital phone so that I could see if the call was important enough to answer during a meeting. At any rate, I really enjoy this headset and it is very comfortable. It allows the freedom of movement when awaiting a very important client's call. This was a Great Buy.
