I make, repair and upgrade Computer's for a living. On value alone, I purchased this case about a year ago and assembled an cheap AMD Quad Core Linux server that has run continuously for more than a year. The case is quiet and it runs cool. I am utilizing fanless graphics card and don't have any heat troubles. I have been hosting several games servers, database servers and file servers for more than a year.Aesthetically and quality wise, the case reminds me of a recent line of HP mid towers with a shiny black plastic front face and a nice flat black metal top rated and side. The case is lightweight steel and whilst it seems to be versatile without having any elements attached, it does get rigidity after the PS is attached.I have it on my desktop and appears at house. I am quite pleased with the worth of this item. If you are looking to save some dollars, this is a great deal. Almost certainly not a very good answer for a high end gaming rig as the air flow is not as free as discovered in other instances. If you want to invest additional funds, you surely can. If you are searching for a อ answer, this can fit that bill.

Challenging to uncover a real Micro-ATX case--size is great. Only has 4 expansion slots and so about three" shorter length and height: good for small desk space but all the space you want for a decent make. Not also substantially excellent about this case. Started badly: arrived with bag of screws open and strewn about the case--had to eliminate all the panels and fish out screws from every single crevice. Then, no directions to be located. Fortunately, I took my time, as this case "does issues" I've never observed ahead of: front plastic panel hinges on two tabs on the appropriate and requires releasing three tabs on the left -- incredibly fragile and easily broken if you're not careful. Metal is incredibly, quite soft--probably the weakest case structurally I've ever observed. Sharp metal edges will bite you if you're not cautious. Front drive bays demand breaking off metal knockouts on 2 of them, and then you genuinely start out to wonder if the case will fall apart on you. Plastic drive covers virtually impossible to eliminate without having breaking. No way to mount a front fan, even although there is lots of area: they basically had to move place of the power button above the LED's (just below the three.5" drive bay)--just silly!! three eggs is generous for this. You can get an Antec 300 or CoolerMaster RC-310 / RC-330 for not substantially a lot more than this case and I strongly recommend you go that route, even though they are slightly larger (mid-tower ATX). I have but to come across a true micro-ATX case that is worth employing unless you commit ๪+ for a Silverstone or Lian-Li. Doesn't look to be something out there in the micro-ATX form aspect for much less.

Purchased two of these now, excellent smaller size yet will fit any micro atx setup you want. I am at present running a massive 285 Gtx and it fits with no problems. The craft top quality of these situations are wonderful and they look fantastic... effortlessly the best hunting instances i've owned, and I've owned several from Antec to Thermaltake. Somewhat straightforward to smear fingerprints across the surface of this case especially the front bezzel, other than that not much to add here good all round case!

It's economical, it appears fairly excellent, and it seems to have decent airflow. 3.five" bay intended for really hard drive use it badly placed. A tough drive installed in it covers the upper right corner of the motherboard, which in my case suggests that I can't get to all of the RAM sockets. Additionally, a hard drive installed in the bay labeled for difficult drives can not be removed commonly after a processor has been installed. I had to break off the front metal holder over that slot to get rid of the challenging drive I had there (which while not tough, did not look to be intended). All round not genuinely a big deal due to the fact 1) if you only have 1 HD just stick it in the drive intended for floppy drives and 2) you can pull the front metal piece off and just access it from there, but nevertheless a design oversight. The other commenters who gave directions on installing an added fan on the front have been very helpful, it worked perfectly.

match and finish was very good, as was expected for an HECMATX board, cards, power supply match in with room to spare none-it is a fingerprint magnet, as stated, but not a issue the box is plain, but I was not hunting for anything fancy.it houses a household server, and is seldom turned off.

Low cost, no energy supply to dispose of Steal is somewhat flimsy, but it's not a issue if you take care when assembling the pc. Once it's all collectively, it's strong sufficient. The glossy finish is going to appear awful soon after a year of use, I'm confident I wish the entire glossy black look would go away. Matte finishes are a lot far better, in my opinion.

What a nice little case! The design and style makes it possible for for an easy develop. It can hold two optical drives and has enough area for three three.five inch really hard drives or a combination of drives/card readers, and so forth.Lots of space to tuck away wires.Substantially better searching than the photos indicate. None for me.

Low PriceExcellent Paint Job Only 1, that's right, 1 internal three.five" drive spot.Soon after the PSU was installed, there is tiny area for the DVD drive at the top of the case. It took me a when to figure out that you mount the challenging drive to the plate with the quarter-sized holes, vertically. If you require one more spot for an internal drive, you can use the external 3.5 drive spot without knocking out the cover on the front of the case.I place the DVD drive in the second from the top spot. Ideally I want it at the prime, but I do not like my connectors squashed by the power cables coming out of the PSU.

Low-cost, all round decent case, modest and compact.Fantastic for multimedia PCs, absolutely nothing crazy, nothing flashy Only fits 1 CD drive. Only fits one HDD b/c the other HDD "slots" conflict with CPU heatsink and memory DIMMs. Only one particular tiny fan which they expect to cool your method down with. Also have to pry off back PCI slots and the metal is low-cost and flimsy. NO USER MANUAL- not excellent for amature builders. No space for front fan. Very tight area to perform with but that is to be anticipated. Gonna place in a complete size PSU (should barely fit) Ordered a bigger 92 MM rear replacement fan. Also tore off the useless side vent and gonna put one more 92 MM fan there.Has a floppy drive bay (which is useless as far as I'm concerned)

Sturdy case with great lines. All components match really nicely. Right now with reduced pricing and free of charge shipping it is a finest purchase. Finished solution tends to make for a seriously nice hunting specialist personal computer program. Though I like the high gloss front panel it can be simple to scratch or mar. The front panel comes with a peel off plastic coating on it so maintain on till you finish the develop and get it to final location.

Strong case, excellent good quality steel. Side vents can be useful if utilised right. Attracts fingerprints like nothing at all else. Blue energy LED is quite vibrant, as effectively. I've identified that the side-mounted CPU fan cover (black cylinder), even though valuable in maintaining a CPU cool, blocks the fan in the rear of the case and the fan in my power provide. If I take the cover off whilst running, I can hear the energy supply fan quiet down as it doesn't have to function as tough. It's a fantastic case, just some minor style quirks. The side cylinder is retractable to an extent, even though you can eliminate it if it seriously bothers you.

Little matx with eye appeal. For the promo value and cost-free s/h how can you beat it. Great for a basic desktop construct. Have to be cautious removing the front panel otherwise you can easily break the tabs. Some sharp edges inside. Truly only fantastic with 1 installed hdd. Adding an extra hdd in a single of internal three.five" bays doesn't very reduce it for me. If utilized with moderate hardware that doesn't require further cooling then heat ought to not be an problem. Got to match the hardware with the chassis right here. Throw in an equivalent psu and you can have a nice matx tower. I've utilized Compucase for the majority of my simple builds. In no way any complaints.

can't beat the price tag with free of charge shipping. I utilised it to construct a personal computer for resale. I currently had all of the components and a microatx MB it has a small footprint and really looks nice......... All of the switches, ports and leds perform. A excellent acquire for the value and as usual rapidly egg shipping even though it came from NJ. Actually for the price tag none it is a light weight metal case and I had to file the metal a tiny bit to get the screw holes for the difficult drive to line up. no large deal with a round file.

Owning a laptop enterprise, I have tried a lot of unique instances. For the value I paid (ฮ shipped) I come across this to be a extremely excellent case. I hate the smaller kind issue cases in basic, but buyers balk away from the large instances of years previous. For a modest make this is a great case, very good enough I ordered a total of ten of them.Front panel is classy searching, however show *everything* (Dust, fingerprints, ect). It comes off really quickly and does not have wires attached to it, a plus in my bookI really like blue LED's, so that is a plus for me. I think I read one particular of the critiques grumbling about not becoming in a position to mount a front panel fan and also a single that claimed there had been not vent holes in the front. Yes there are vent holes at the bottom and with both the PS and a rear fan installed I see no require for a front fan in a normal build.I was quite delighted with the easy of mounting the rear panel MB filler. It snapped in really very easily. Numerous situations make you bend the crud out of the rear panel to get them The drive bay holes appear to be manufactured at incredibly exacting tolerances, substantially tighter than I am utilized to with other situations. The optical drives I use match really snuggly, but trying numerous brands of memory card readers resulted in possessing to whittle down the side of the readers front face plates to get them to fit effectively.I am not a fan of the way the HD is mounted. Granted it is simple to get in and out, but for whatever cause I often really feel far better with a horizontally mounted drive. Not a lot expandability, but hey, it is aimed a lot more at a generic build and neglect market (Ma and Pa). You need to have a long neck screwdriver to attain some of the screws

Desirable skilled appearance. Compact, almost everything fits but just barely. Very good case for these of us that want to develop our personal computers but have outgrown the huge towers with windows and LEDs all over the spot. Adjustable height side air duct does not lock collectively positively, I had to use tape to hold the two pieces with each other securely. Case has provisions for each 80mm and 92mm case fans in the rear, but the incorporated fan is a 80mm fan. Why not just incorporate a 92mm fan as these flow quite a bit a lot more air. Not adequate screws have been included, I had to scavenge screws for mounting the OEM really hard drive and 1 of the 3 external drives I installed. Thicker steel would be good. All round a excellent case for the money, particularly when accessible with absolutely free shipping.

Out of numerous builds this a single is the very best feeling for a reduce priced compact case. Has dimples constructed in to fit motherboard and one particular locator pin included. Good quality really feel to the case, other individuals this low cost have low-cost feeling.Has some cutouts for access to the back of the motherboard, and for cable management. You have to take away the other side to access the screws for drives. This was a custom make and it arrived with some fine scratches on the face. I am positive that it was accomplished just before it was packaged as the case is well packaged and padded. The powersupply has a small region to match in, and there is a ledge that only some powersupplies will match into. I program on performing a couple of much more builds with this as they go on sale.

Good Piano Black finish, Sturdy, Front eSata, Fairly much anything None I think that most individuals turn away from this case due to the fact they think there is only 1 Internal three.five". Technically thats correct but who utilizes far more than one particular external 3.5"? The other 3.5" bay is marked for HDD screws anyway so I think newegg ought to make it clear that this will simply accommodate two internal drives.

This small guy is cute, front bezel is shiny black, like some Gateway cases a even though back. It will take a mATX board without problem, just go uncomplicated. Cards and holes all lined up fine. Stock fan is pretty quiet, if modest. Yes, you can move up to a 90 mm fan as a person else commented. Side panel has an adjustable air funnel for the CPU, kinda novel, but I left it at its highest position. Paint job is clean, truly impressive for such a price range case. No nicks or scratches...best for a cheap, inconspicuous Television Pc. The case utilizes a stamped-dimple with a sharp edge rather of a bracket to hold up the PSU. Also, my OCZ 400 is also extended for an additional stamped function that have to act (?) as some sort of end cease. I just bent the finish stop out of the way. Either way, if you care about the paint job on your PSU, put a piece of tape on the PSU 'bracket' to not scratch it. The case is flimsy - not produced to be hefted around a lot. Again, for the price tag, these are very easily overlooked, that's why five eggs is appropriate. Little, cute case. There is about 2" involving the front of the PSU and the back of the DVD ROM. Fine for single HDD, but other testimonials indicate a lot more could be doable. Case accepts mATX board, moderate GPU 񢒨XT), 24bit SB card, standard ATX PSU OCZ400 bought here at 'egg. Only running Celly 420 OC to 2.4Ghz, can't comment on doable heat troubles if bigger CPU/GPU used. Incredibly content...best for DVD/CD music, Netflix, streaming music, WMC, Hulu, and so on. when hooked up to sound program and Television.

Good characteristics for value. Picked up to replace ATX tower case and quite content with layout, size and attributes. Installed MATX mobo, HD and PS with lots of room. Appears sharp. Also comes with case fan which I did not understand. All wires are rather quick and run directly across board to front of case. I want they have been longer so I could hide them out of the way. The fan is not the most quiet. All issues regarded, I would obtain this case once again if I necessary an reasonably priced mATX tower case. Black Friday unique and shipping was NEWEGG Quick! Yet another fantastic practical experience from the 'Egg.

This case is very uncomplicated to appear at. It appears great next to my glossy monitor. Assembly was effortless. It can house a full size ATX energy provide. ESata on the front is a major plus. The elements feel crammed to gether a bit, but this is standard for tiny form element builds. There is only one drive bay for a 3.5" drive (I could be wrong on this a single. Someone else noted that they are installed vertically). I installed a floppy in the only obtainable three.5" bay, so I was forced to rig my HDD up in the floor of the case. There is not a location for a fan in the front of the case. The only location for a fan is in the rear. I had to rig up a fan and drill holes in the fron for a vent since 1 rear fan was not acceptable. There are a lot of cons, but I purchased this through black friday for ษ shipped. I assume it is much more then good enough at that value. It is worth it even at complete value. I advocate this to any individual that needs a affordable MicroATX case.

That case was a great deal (Newegg eBlast) and has way above price variety make excellent. I specifically liked the modest size (micro-ATZ) but nevertheless getting about to use a normal ATX energy supply. No Reset SwitchEnergy LED did not match mother board ( 2 vs. 3 pin ) It won't property your multi-terabyte raid array, and so forth, but it was an superb choice for developing a new pc for the wife. Smaller and sleek it fits wonderfully under a desk and takes very small space. Applied it with an Athlon II X4 for a fast but economical machine.
