works great with skype but it has no range. If you use headset with in 5 feet great, anything past that is not good. Too much static and noise. |

I had a jawbone and this out performs it. I like the fit in the ear and is very comfortable. I don't care about it having to be charged by the usb, but will purchase the optional plug in charger. I have'nt tried it on voip or skypes but I'm sure it works good. Its a good unit. |

Sound quality was not as advertised. And my coworker got his at at the same time. It's like there is no noise reduction. Background noise is loud. |

Super simple to use just plug it in a its good to go no software or drivers that you have to load! The perfect setup for skyp and other VOIP systems no annoying connection chirps when you are idle excellent battery life and a range of 20 30 feet in an open room environment are some of the other reasons I will never buy a different BT headset again. |

This headset simply works and works beautifully. It is comfortable to wear, so much so that I forget that I have it on. The large earpiece looks unwieldy and awkward, but in fact is VERY comfortable. The sound quality on both sides of the conversation is superb. I was hesitant to buy this unit as my first headset, a product by the same company, died shortly after purchasing it from another retail outlet. I can, however, recommend without reservation this model. It works. |

This device is fantastic. It fits well in the ear (doesn't plug it up), and the movable arm is great for making it easier to put on, and comfortable to boot. I can answer multiple phones with it, haven't tried it with my computer yet or skype, but have no doubt it will work there as well. For only $60 it is an amazing deal. Was EASY to pair, not hard, with iphone, and also my other phone. (other models are not so easy to pair /unpair with iphone). I love this device! |

I've been looking for this headphone ever since headphones came out. I can hear everyone loud and clear, AND they can hear me loud and clear. Everyone I talked to said they noticed the difference right away. They can hear me crystal clear. The use with Skype is a novel, but has bugs. When someone sends you an IM, the notification sound is sent through headpiece. This triggers the earpiece to turn on and active, and STAY on active. Not only does this drain the battery, but it also sets up an often tricky switch over to take a normal call. The one-button is nice, but to use it for power, action, and volume is a bit much. Sound quality on both ends is utterly fantastic. Until there's a firmware upgrade that fixes the Skype issue, I won't use it for Skype. It would have been ok to have two or three operation buttons. |

One of the most comfortable headsets I've used--quick and easy to put on, unlike many others. No complaints about the sound quality from the people I've talked to, using it. I'd probably prefer a charger that plugged into an electric outlet, rather than a USB port, but that's just personal preference and not an issue in any case; doesn't take long to charge. Have also used a Jawbone (which was fine but didn't last long); a Sandisk (which was DOA, and the website I bought it from, NOT Tiger, was no help; neither was Sandisk). Also a couple of others that just didn't fit, or the ear loop fell apart quickly. This one seems fine! |

This is my 5th bluetooth and it is the first one that does what they say it will. I have a 925 which I love but can't keep it in my ear. I feel the 920 is as good and with the ear loop it stays on my ear and is very comfortable. Shipping was awsome. I got it 2 days after ai ordered it. |
I own 3 difference plantronics bluetooths, I love how they fit and the sound quality is great, I have recommended this one to several friends how have purchased it also. Range for me has been pretty good around 25-35 ft depending on where you are at. Clarity is great and with skype works perfect.
