Cons: keyboard to sensitive and mouse not enough by default

Pros: Nice looking, long range, easy to setup, laser pointer
Comment:
Used this keyboard/mouse for my HTPC and it's ok but there's no STOP button and sometimes when I press a key it apprears like I press 4 times

Cons: poor signal strengthpoor tactile feelcrummy trackpad

Pros: small and unobtrusive
Comment:
using it for an HTPC with XBMC for windows. Feeling a little mixed about it. Looks alright with the HTPC setup, but actual function is on the weaker side. very difficult to navigate windows. keys are hard to press and don't feel good. the completely square layout (all keys totally lined up against eachother) is a little disorienting too. it gets the job done.

Cons: Good at first, but started dying after 7 monthstrackpad on small side (nitpicky)

Pros: smallbacklight comes with built-in rechargeable batteries and charging/usb cable
Comment:
Worked well with my HTPC for the first 7 months but then startedlosing tracking and not registering keypresses, even when plugged into charging cable, getting progressively worse to point where it is now completely useless.

Cons: none

Pros: perfect for a HTPC and XBMC.
Comment:
I purchased this for my HTPC running XBMC, works like a charm right out of the box.Nice back lighting on all the keys with a push of a button. The touchpad is also very responsive. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a way to control their HTPC.Works well with Windows Media Center, and XBMC. Solid 10 out of 10.

Cons: battery opperated

Pros: small, compact, handy
Comment:
was looking for a small light keyboard for my home theater pc, something that i could use on the couch without a large keyboard or mouse. i found this reasonable for the price considering it was bluetooth. good produce

Cons: compact design can be cumbersome

Pros: compact design good for HTPC
Comment:
Pocket sized ,sleek, slim design, good for typing emails, chat and games. Wireless Laser pointer, e-pointer, Touchpad, QWERTY full-function mini keyboard. Built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery.Initially I had the same problems with characters repeating and delays in reaction time. If I plugged the Bluetooth dongle into a USB dock, the keyboard had problems functioning. But if I plugged the Bluetooth dongle into a USB port on my computer, the problems went away.Neat impulse item but I will eventually replace it with a wireless keyboard.

Cons: Touchpad not that smooth

Pros: CompactGood key response
Comment:
Compact size makes it ideal for travel. Setup is a breeze. Good key response, but that of touchpad needs some improvement. The laser pointer is a cool addon.

Cons: - Poor wireless communication strength.- Track pad is so jittery, it's useless.- People with large fingers can only mash keys.- Key presses get stuck, repeating endlessly.- Hard time registering multiple keys, like CTRL+Z.- Sealed internal battery.

Pros: - Backlight is excellent.- Laser pointer quality is fantastic.- Wireless Bluetooth connectivity.- Come with it's own Bluetooth USB dongle.- On/off switch, which most keyboard don't have.
Comment:
This product can only be exchanged for the exact same model, so make sure it is truly what you want before ordering. I should have researched it more thoroughly and closely inspected all of the complaints by other owners. It seems to work ok for some folks, so it may come down to luck of the draw. I'm not lucky at all, so I guess I just got one of the bad ones. Even if it had no bugs, my fingers are too large to use it effectively. As a result, I have no choice but to sell it online as used. Too bad since it looked like a really great keyboard for HTPC use. If the battery was user replaceable, I might have kept it as a cat toy. My kitty absolutely loves the laser pointer aspect of it. I give it two stars, as I would definitely not purchase it again.

Cons: range, touchpad sensitivityfreezes intermittently

Pros: compact, light, backlight
Comment:
i just bought this and i am using it to compose this review. although not ideal, still the best and most compact thing i have found for my htpc.pros - compact, light, good key response-backlight, laser pointer- comes with bluetooth dongle stored in keyboardcons- range with bluetooth has sudden drop  off- i increased the dongle sensitivity by using a usb extension cable routed to the top of my tv- touchpad is ok but somewhat laggy compared to my wifi mousei am still waiting for the ideal htpc keyboardbut this works well for nowa bit expensive for what this isi would value this as a 20 dollar itembought it on sale for 55regular price is almost 70** July 21, 2011 - I took the candyboard back today and exchanged it for the NON-bluetooth version. Unfortunately, the bluetooth version would intermitently hang/freeze. I think it was trying to renegotiate the bluetooth handshake. This is documented elsewhere on the net as well. For some reason, the Rii Mini which is the same board; does not mention it in the online reviews. I presume it is a firmware problem This review was modfied by poster @ 07-21-11 08:32 PM

Cons: Pairs only with on Bluetooth ready receiver at a time

Pros: It's size. Incredibly small
Comment:
I have been working and setting a media computer for some time. The major problem was the fact a keyboard is usually needed for advanced settings. Most MCE remotes were mainly used for cursor movements and channel selecting. This small keyboard is a good compromise!

Cons: Poor range less than 10feet.would freeze now & then, slow response.

Pros: Looks nice,small & compacted.
Comment:
Decent but not worth even for sale price of $50. There would be times where I would typing and it would freeze or using cursor and it would suddenly jump. Only thing that works well is the laser pointer. It works but its not good enough to give it a 5 star rating.

Cons: - My biggest issue is it loses the Bluetooth pairing to my computer if I turn the CandyBar off for more than a few hours, which is incredibly annoying. If I leave the Bar on it still drains battery without being used so I have to recharge it more often.- The touchpad works well about 20 ft out from the dongle, after which things get a little iffy (some jumping with the cursor) and by 30+ feet it gets pretty bad (cursor jumps all over the place).- Touchpad movement is incredibly slow. Because I have it hooked up to my PC (which doubles as my HTPC), I can't adjust the speed just for the touchpad independent of the mouse controls in Windows.

Pros: - It's a great size, small enough to fit with my other remote without looking out of place, but not too small to make it hard to use- Love the back light so I can see the keys in the dark.- I have small hands and the keys are a good size.- I've got it paired to both my computer / htpc and my PS3 which is handy.- Good battery life, I charged it when I first got it and a full charge lasted more than two weeks of heavy use.- The touchpad is pretty good for a device like this, better than a lot of touchpads I've used on notebooks.
Comment:
Overall, a nifty product but with some flaws that range from annoying to downright troublesome.Even though it's not a bad device, I'm not sure I'd pick this product up again because of the touchpad and pairing issues.

Cons: looking could be better.

Pros: portable, easy of use, valuable add on to htpc.
Comment:
I use a notebook as htpc for a long time. notebook sits side by side to TV, so it's painful to use its own keyboard and touchpad. Also don't like jump out couch only for the sake of pause a moive. Wireless keyboard and mouse are big and I hate them stay in family room. Since I bought this tiny keyboard+touch pad combo, can't keep my hands off it. It works great. One of my best investment. The only thing I think of improvement is, giving it a cool looking.
