Comment:
I have owned most of the high-end wireless Logitech mice in my lifetime and after the rechargeable batteries in my G7 and MX Revolution gave up, I decided to give the G700 a shot. Initially, my opinion was positive, but the more I tested the G700, the more the warts started to show. It's still a very good gaming mouse, but it has two main flaws that make it almost unusable for me. First, the scroll wheel is much too loose (I returned my first one, and the second was the same) and any small movement (like moving the mouse or even typing) can cause the screen to jitter up and down. This is a big issue that I found many other people were having, and the only solution is to set the mouse in the 'ratchet' wheel mode, which I do not like. None of my other Logitech free scroll wheels have done this, and the G700 has the loosest scroll wheel I have ever seen. Second, the G700 ships with an Enloop battery, but in order to recharge it inside the mouse, you need to attach a long, stiff cord to the front (like an Xbox 360 controller) and then wait for the battery to charge up. The cord knocks stuff off my desk it's so stiff and I can't use it corded. You will need to do this every 2-4 days, and it gets real old, real fast. I really miss the charging stands of my previous Logitech mice, and this is obviously a cost-saving measure combined with a USB cable for hardcore wired-only gamers. My solution was to buy a set of Duraloop rechargeables and have one ready to replace, but that negates any real benefit of buying a rechargeable mouse. Overall, I like the G700 design and functionality, but the horrible scroll wheel and charging cable aspects made me regret the purchase and I have a feeling that after a few more weeks, I'll just toss it in the garbage and move on to a better mouse. Life it too short for jittering webpages and rechargeable mice that really aren't rechargeable.

Cons: Batteries don't last long

Pros: Lag freeProgrammable buttons work on most apps/games
Comment:
I got this on sale for $60 which was a great deal. The wireless has no delay at all and the programmable buttons work great. My only issue is the battery life, I usually have to recharge it once every day or two.

Pros: Wireless function works flawlessly, tons of programmable buttons to play around with, Easy to use software

When I first got this mouse i thought spending $80+ for a mouse was insane but after impulsively buying this mouse I can say it is by far one of the most worthwhile investments for a PC gamer you can get!I Highly recommend this mouse although a Bit pricey, if you a can find It on sale for $60-$80 it is totally worth it I Just got a second one for use with my laptop and for taking with me to work and friends places

Cons: Heavy, Batteries, Thick Cord,

Pros: Accurate, Comfortable, Long Battery Life, Multiple Buttons.
Comment:
Background: Logitech has always had a great track record of making quality mice. Since the mx500 which I used years ago, I've been a fan of Logi mice. They were the first ones to blend L/R click buttons into the mouse body and every mouse on the market today does that.Overview: The G700 follows in the tradition of quality, durable Logi mice with a few innovations put in. There are 6 extra buttons in addition to those you would normally see on a common gaming mouse. While I don't use all extra, I do use 2 or 3 regularly for games. The mouse is a bit heavy because of the battery, so may take some getting used to. The cord used for wired mode is also a bit thick, this is fine for casual use, but during gaming you may prefer to unplug it.The mouse works great in wireless mode. It is incredible the strides wireless mouse technology has made in regards to gaming. The response time is very fast and mouse tracking is precise even in fps games. You would not be able to tell you are playing against a player with a wireless mouse. The body is a thick plastic and feels very solid, the textured plastic used as the grip may feel awkward at first, but becomes comfortable quickly. The ergonomic shape is ideal for those that prefer a palm grip. For my grip and play style right-handed Logi mice have always felt good.Having the G700 use a rechargeable and removable AA battery is convenient. I bought some spares which I keep charged so I can swap them out instead of having to plug the mouse back in during a gaming session. As well even during straight games of Dota2 or CS I rarely have to change/charge the battery for 6+ hours.I prefer a low dpi and don't do any quick switching, though I played around with the settings. It's very easy to switch between dpis and entirely different button/sens profiles. The Setpoint software is easy, straightforward to use and allows you to set up everything you'd want with the mouse.I'm tempted to buy another before they stop being sold in case this one breaks in a few years. It's that good.

Cons: Texture on the side of the mouse.

Pros: Profiles, on the fly DPI changing, multi-mode scroll wheel, many buttons, and wireless and wired modes.
Comment:
Bought during extreme deal of the day to replace my 10+ year old MX510 which still worked. I wanted something with higher DPIs for my higher resolution monitor and more customization.- great features as listed in the pros- seems more resistant to sweat buildup/drying than the MX510 I had- better shape than the MX510 and M400 mice; MX510 was more round in the palm and M400 was more narrow in the palm compared to G700 which is just right.- textures on the side of the mouse feel weird and unsual but I supposed it does add to the grip of the mouse in the hand although if it was all uniform like the top mouse button surface, I don't think it would be too slippery.

Cons: Out of the box, the mouse tracks terribly, with angle snapping.Wireless mode is useless if you want to do any serious gaming.

Pros: Great ergonomics, feel and build qualityPlethora of buttonsAccurate sensorPlugs in to be as a wired mouse
Comment:
It took a bit of tweaking, but now that I figured out how to get the sensor tracking normally, it's working wonderfully.Sensor is dead accurate - but not out of the box. And certainly not in wireless mode. I bought this as a gaming mouse, and wireless - despite having come a long way, just doesn't feel right. During first use, I was extremely disappointed with the extreme amount of angle snapping going on. This is something I definitely was not used to, coming from the Razer Deathhadder. Not only was there angle snapping but if I tried to go upwards, the cursor would lean slightly towards the left. Yikes. I really wanted to find a fix for the problem because I was really loving the shape and feel of the mouse. After some troubleshooting, I figured out the solution. I plugged the mouse in (with my phone charger's cable, I use the stiff heavy one they included as my phone charger now) and changed the polling rate from 1000 to 125 hz in the software. I also put it on "Normal Gaming Mode" (there's "Power Saving" and a "Max Gaming mode as well, which seem to track inaccurately.) Eureka. 1:1 cursor movement. Now -this- feels like a high-end gaming mouse. To reduce the weight of the mouse and to avoid it heating up, I took out the battery. The verdict? Amazing.Tracking is perfect. The ergonomics are amazing. This mouse is extremely comfortable, intended for a palm grip like the DA but I have better control with it thanks to its thumb indentation as well as the arch being not as high. The grip is certainly more natural than the forceful grip of the DA. I have much better range of motion and accuracy with this mouse.Quirks? The scroll wheel could be more accurate, and the sandpaper-y feel on the sides could be toned down a bit. It's rough. But all in all, as a wired mouse, a very good piece of hardware which gets a full recommendation from me.

Cons: - None at this time

Pros: - Most comfortable mouse I've used- Performs like a wired mouse- Customizable buttons- Option for wired gaming- Great scroll wheel- Durable construction- Excellent ergonomics- High DPI- Lightweight for a wireless mouse
Comment:
This is by far the best mouse I've ever used, I honestly never thought a wireless mouse could ever function as well as wired mice, but finally a mouse that delivers in performance and accuracy. No learning curve in terms of getting used to the comfort, I have medium size hands, and I instantly fell in love with the ergonomics of the mouse.I've heard complaints of the wire that comes with the G700 being stiff, however after using it for more then 5 minutes I quickly got used to it, and find it doesn't have an effect on accuracy or performance, in fact If you remove the battery and play solely with the cable it performs spectacularly, since it becomes even lighter..So in conclusion, If you're a fan of wireless peripherals or hate dealing with cables, then this mouse is for you, it performs exactly like a wired mouse!

Comment:
This is a great mouse, I use it for video and photo editing in adobe suite and it is very good. I have a set of commands for photoshop, premier, and a general command setting for everyday things like internet browsing. It is very flexible in the things it can do from powerful applications to gaming. Only con the battery only lasts about a day or 2 with moderate-heavy usage
