Cons: Keyboard sucks mushy and hard to see in dim light

Pros: Love the mouse, only reason i bought the package
Comment:
Strange Logitech does not sell this mouse separately, and does not use brighter lettering/numbering on the keyboard. This keyboard should be back lit.

Cons: Many users, including myself, experience random disconnects, sometimes several an hour

Pros: Looks good, works well most of the time, feature-packed, loooong battery life.
Comment:
This is as good a wireless KBM combo as I know of. However, myself and many other users have experienced very aggravating random disconnects, which last only a few seconds - long enough to mangle most of a sentence, or wreck a game if, like me, you use it for gaming in the living room. There is a solution however, and most likely it comes from removing the Logitech keyboard & Mouse utility from memory. That does remove some of the features of the keyboard, however...Either way, after uninstalling and reinstalling it, everything now works fine... for now...

Cons: The keyboard has really soft keys I personally prefer a more tactile feel but after a few weeks I barely notice it.

Pros: Comes with the best business oriented mouse money can buy. it will definitely speed up your productivity when tweaked to your preference. T

When this is on sale you cannot beat this desktop set. I bought it mostly for the mouse but have ended up liking the keyboard as well. The temperature display on the keyboard is a great feature(measures ambient temperature)is a nice reference point when measuring the cooling performance of PC builds and is accurate I have bought 2 of these keyboards both have accurate temp sensors. *Both were tested with a high end CIRCUT-TEST thermal gun with temperature probe attachment. (maybe overkill but If I'm going to use the temp on the keyboard as a baseline reference I have to know it accurate)

Cons: horrible spongy mushy keys of keyboard.excessive friction on shift keys and others if not pressed in center. No backlight.Overall cheap feel to keyboard especially the buttons.

Pros: Great Mouse; lots of features; Logitech warranty service; lots of bells and whistles on keyboard
Comment:
I've been a Logitech fan for many years and have bought dozens of their products.Their mice are fantastic but this keyboard - I can't stand it. They keys feel like your pushing on a sponge. Yucch! After trying it again (4th time in 3 Yrs.) I give up. I bought a wired CoolerMaster CMStorm mechanical keyboard from NCIX last week. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles but, holy cow, the difference is key feel is astronomical. I've been reasonably happy with the better rubber dome keyboards, especially those with the scissor mechanism. They have a nice subtle tactile feel to them. The MX550 keyboard does NOT. If you press some of the wider keys off-center, there is a lot of friction in depressing them. Almost like a bit of sandpaper in there.Don't get me wrong. I love Logitech stuff. I have lots of it. This is my only negative review of any of their products and I do it reluctantly, but I am so disappointed in this keyboard that I want to make other people aware of it.

Cons: no back light on display

Pros: comfortable, precise, good battery life, quiet keys
Comment:
Bought this to replace my old keyboard, very comfortable keyboard. Only con is that the display on the keyboard has no back-light. The price is a little high but it is still a very good buy.

Cons: -Small Esc and Fn keys-Expensive-Arrow keys not lined up with bottom row of keys

Pros: -Awesome mouse-Sleek design-Dedicated calculator-Rechargeable battery-Soft, quiet keys
Comment:
I bought this solely for the MX mouse since it could not be purchased separately. Price matched it for $120, so it was a reasonable price since I didn't care too much for the keyboard, if you assign $90 for the mouse and $30 for the keyboard.I can't say enough about the mouse, with all the buttons available which can be reprogrammed. It is ergonomically designed and works on many surfaces. For those looking for ultimate configurability of the MX mouse, be sure to use uberOptions to allow total configuration of the buttons in the SetPoint program.

Cons: Not a thing

Pros: Everything you need in a keyboard and mouse
Comment:
Amazing keyboard. Great rage, reliability, battery life. Nothing to complain about. Works great and worth the price. Best wireless / bluetooth keyboard and mouse I have used. People giving it 3 and 4 stars for dumb reasons should be slapped in the face followed by a swift kick to the groin

Cons: Mouse is not for left handersNot precise on my mousepad

Pros: Bluetooth receiver,The mouse is awesome for right handers,Battery life,Key softness
Comment:
It is a great combo, a bit pricey against the new mk710 combo, but the MX Revolution mouse is so great in the hand that it justifies everything. Bought it with something like 90$ off on a sale. The mouse is not responsive on my mousepad, but since whenever I put it on an other surface it becomes totaly awesome, it must be the mousepads fault. The keyboard and the mouse have a huge battery life (KB 140 days and Mouse 15 days) and the mouse is a rechargeable type.

Cons: - The lcd can be hard to read in the dark. But at the same time, why not just turn on a light. :S.- Keyboard could have better rubber stops on the bottom of it. However I've come to relise it's mostly because of the surface I use it on ( it's generally semi polished cherrywood table. Which is rather slick. )

Pros: * Mouse part of the combo ( Mx revolution. No longer being sold) *- High quality build, exactly whats expected of more expensive mice build by Logitech.- You cannot find this in stores anymore, it's just no longer sold. It's replacement the "Mx performance" mouse is terrible. This is where it's at.- It's a rechargeable mouse that comes with a stand. Although it isn't usb charge, which isn't a problem for me considering the AC/DC charger ( which ever it is ) will charge it a lot quicker. ( Side note : The mouse is more fitted to the charger then previous mice built by Logitech... unlike the Mx 1000 where the mouse needs a piece of paper to get it to ch0arge once the stops on the bottom are worn off )- The mouse has 3 buttons, forward / backward buttons on the left hand side and the search button right under the scroll wheel / middle mouse button.- It has a side thumb wheel which works well and can be assigned to whatever you want it to be.- The scroll wheel is made of a sort of metal alloy, likely aluminium with rubber grip in the center of it. It has a normal scroll function that clicks and an endless smooth scrolling. If you press down on the scroll wheel it changes the function of it. ( You can change how that works with the setpoint software, so it can be like that or if you scroll quick it will auto change it. Also a application to application preference. ) - Over all a solid build. No quarrels with it so far ( nor with any of them I've used in the past .) --------------------------------------------------* Keyboard part of the combo*- Logitech has slowly been building upon their older models slowly weeding out all the strange occurrences.- Although this model doesn't have touch buttons for the media keys ( like the previous Mx 5000 ) it still has the media keys. This time around they are tactile . The removal of the touch ones was a reasonable choice, for the first year of owning the older Mx 5000 I tapped them changes songs, opening media monkey changing the volume etc. The tactile buttons work well but could be a bit larger ( just the media related ones along the left hand side )- The membrane for the keys seems to work perfectly fine. No response issues.- The build in calculator is amazing. Something I rather enjoyed in the mx5000 as well and was happy they brought it over.- it has a full num pad with the extended zero that goes under the one and two.- The FN or function key is no longer toggle but insead you hold it and tap the function you want to select. Although the functions are useless, at least
Comment:
Although this keyboard combo is technically dated and not for "hardcore" gaming. It still does the job rather nicely. My previous keyboard / mouse combo was the Mx 5000. It came with the Mx 5000 keyboard and the Mx 1000 mouse. The two that come with this combo out do them greatly. I picked up this combo because it was similar to my old and because it still contains the Mx revolution. Which is likely one of the best Mice I have ever used and the keyboard is pretty good as well. No big quarrels about the combo and I hope it lasts as long as my last comob ( bought that in 2006 I think )

Cons: Logitech drivers are not the best

Pros: Amazing keyboard/mouse combo for anyone in need to get rid of wires
Comment:
even though the drivers and software are not that great, the product itself is just amazing. The mouse wheel is great, the battery life of both keyboard/mouse is very very impressive and the keyboard has TONS of features (look above in the product description... amazing!)Highly recommended if you can spare the extra billion dollars for it !

Cons: Palm Rest Gets Dirty Very Easily

Pros: StylishWirelessMX Revolution MouseBluetooth Hub
Comment:
I bought this for my new computer. I have used the MX Duo, MX5000 and now the MX5500. Logitech seems to have improved the software for this keyboard. When I first got the MX5000, it would have connection issues and it was a bit of a pain. I don't have that problem with the MX5500. Only when I first set it up did I have some issues, but I found out that it was because of a USB port issue. Once I found that out, it's been clear sailing. I would highly recommend this set to anyone looking for a wireless keyboard and mouse.

Cons: - I've had driver problems and therefore had no keyboard or mouse

Pros: - Quiet Keyboard- Great Feeling Mouse- Rechargeable Mouse- Bluetooth Receiver- Great battery life- Great reception with wireless- Lots of programmable buttons on mouse and keyboard- Convenient LCD screen for information- Built in calculator on keyboard
Comment:
This mouse and keyboard combo is great. I have only had one problem with it, and that was Setpoint updating the firmware for the bluetooth receive. There was an error and therefor no keyboard and mouse. And everything I restarted the program would open right away before being able to stop it from trying to update. But when this keyboard and mouse is working, its one of my favourite. The mouse has a great feel, and lots of programmable buttons. The keyboard almost doesn't make any noise, and has lots of programmable buttons as well. There is also the LCD screen on the keyboard, which can show, emails, the room temperature, a key counter, time and date, or media playing.
