its small and looks cool, it auto locate people and automatically aim the web cam at you. its quality got it for 2yrs, price is still about the same, i guess the new web cams with 720p maybe have better picture quality, but logitech is still one of the best around |

Basically it's a web cam that rotates. It is cool at first then it gets really annoying and you wouldn't even care about the face tracking and just wished you bought something cheaper because you find how useless the rotation is. |

This webcam was fully functional for the first couple of months but after a while it seems the motor allowing it to rotate and tilt died. It still works as a webcam but the tracking and movement does not work. |

Pros: -Extremely High Quality-Software adjustments as in zoom, Lens moving using only software.-lens are protected by a cover, very durable.-Short or Tall stands. Comment:
Overall it was a great buy for me, and I would definitely buy again, once I have used this web cam. I simply cannot go back to any other ones. |

Cons: -Stand connects to base by USB (could break in a fall)-to manually recenter the webcam you got to use the software-overpriced even at $90.00

Quite a good webcam. Face tracking works well if you move slowly and autofocus sometimes doesn't always focus in on the right object, but if you don't move too quickly it works quite well. I never saw the best quality when using it in skype, but I think you need a dual core processor to have it output the best performance. |

Face tracking is disabled whenever I turn on a special effect and then has to be enabled manually later, which is annoying. Other than that, this is probably top of the line stuff from logitech and I'm loving it. This is a good webcam that lasts for years so it's worth the money. |
It's great if you want to monitor an area remotely, being able to rotate the camera over a wide panorama, and zooming in to get the best view is lots of fun. The autofocus generally handles all the changes very well.As a webcam, I don't usually use the tracking, but I do adjust the rotation and zoom, depending where I am sitting. I'm pleased by the quality of image and sound compared to other webcams I've used.Sadly, my stalk connection stopped working well after a couple months, so now I only use it without the stalk.Even so, I'd by another one, or even two, if they were priced more reasonably.
