I have a Dell XPS 410 that has a locked bios so I am unable to adjust timings (thanks Dell!). I did really a bit of study ahead of purchasing the Mushkin memory to be confident I was obtaining stuff that would work in my program since I knew I was unable to alter any settings. I decided on the Pc 6400 memory from Mushkin and was not disappointed. The ram installed devoid of a hitch and now my system is noticeably quicker than the OEM ram that was installed. I'm a Mushkin fan now! Just like the several other posts, be careful to only use the extremely ends of the ram to snap them into spot. I had no problems installing due to the fact I read all of the reviews very first to watch out for the heatsinks. I will be developing my own program quickly and have decided to use Mushkin as my supply for ram and newegg as my parts supplier! |

Excellent high quality at a very good price tag. The RAM performs properly and runs cool. None that I can feel of. I like the way the heatsinks appear, but don't put too substantially pressure on them when installing the RAM. |

Bought this originally when i built my current method never ever had a issue. I'd generally gone with corsair or g.talent prior to but this was less costly at the time so i went for it. Havent had any troubles at all. Not too long ago bought a second kit, installed it tonight. Heatspreader clips slipped when installing, triggered the spreaders to partially fall off. took a excellent ten-15 minutes to get them abck on adequately. Will definately go with mushkin once again for my budgety builds. |

Would not work in my Gigabyte GA-G31-ES2L motherboard. I tried both sticks in diverse slots with know luck. My motherboard has newest BIOS and performs fine with some identified excellent RAM. The RAM either has compatability issues or is just DOA. I bought it for the rebate but it turned out to be a waste of time and $ (Ű return shipping). I don't have the time to waste with it so I'm just returning for refund. |

-Detected at right timings & voltage-Low voltage needs-Good look-Complete 2 gigs were recognized by Vista -Pressing down on heatsinks is not a very good thought; I did not do this as I had study the warnings of other comments. I had no problem installing by pressing on the sides of the DIMMS I wanted 2 GB of low-voltage DDR2 800, and that is exactly what I got. |

Booted to 400MhzDDR default, pushed it to five.five.five.18 @ 533Mhz� DDR with a .1 vmem increase. Passed 12 hours of memtest and six hours of orthos at that speed. Doesn't come with gold star stickers, I like stickers, alot. This RAM kept me up last night, screaming at me and throwing factors, fairly terrible@ss. |

Purchased a set of these a year ago before they had been called "Value" memory. These are in my program and are functioning great. Lately bought a new set considering to upgrade to 4GB. I had to return the 1st set considering that they were DOA. Computer system didnt boot. Now I got a replacement, personal computer boots, but continuously crashes and blue screens. Im in all probability going to return for a refund now :( Sad to see a good quality brand go down the drain |

Method installed to is intel G41 primarily based (Gigabyte board), I can confirm completely compatible. This price for 2GB of PC6400, how great is that! Verify the other reviews, some people have displaced the heatsink when snapping them into the mobo. Use the exposed ends. |

They have heatsinks, the cost point is great, and really trustworthy. None, I have not ran into a single challenge. I've had these for over three.five years now. Have under no circumstances ran into a single challenge and they have been cheaper than comparable RAM. I have been totally satisfied and not too long ago purchased a different set. Easy install and again zero troubles. |

Has been really steady. Haven't played with OC capabilities but but appear forward to it later on. Only two mem slots. For the price this is an exceptional board, I am not a huge gamer but I do play a couple here and there and it seems to be quite steady on high settings on the ones I do play. |

Muskin at a bargain cost. I have purchased this set prior to and will once again if the require arises. I have one more Vista technique with 2G that may well be a great candidate. Have used on Asus and Intel boards. All of which have recognized the memory with the right timing. None. Be carefull with the heat spreader. It will sometimes slide a bit. I typically place all of the stress at the corners to avert this. |

I have these in four builds and every single a single has been a rock steady and rapid program. Intel and Asus boards. not rapidly sufficient for you? I've by no means tried overclocking or overvolting this ram. Treated as stock, it's been smooth sailing all the way, eleven 1gb sticks in four separate builds and by no means a undesirable stick, never a single failure to boot or bsod in vista64/Vista32/XP |
Works perfectly. Purchased very first pack, and it worked so well, I purchased a second. nothing at all Make confident to watch for the heat spreader when installing. Thank goodness I study the testimonials prior to attempting to set up it, or I would have damaged the heat spreaders. Make sure to push in by pushing on the silicon and not the spreaders.
